Great service, my exhaust was not a common one and was difficult to install and Larry and his team still went out their way to install it when other shops possibly couldn’t. Would definitely come back

They did a resonater delete and welded on my electric cut out. Everything was perfect! Amazing service provided

Had a very nice Greddy muffler put on as well as custom work done at west coast muffler on my little 2001 Honda civic coupe. Larry gave me an awesome price and they were quick and efficient Gus did the work and the end results turned out to be fantastic sound everything is perfectly aligned and let tell something perfection is my middle name and Larry made sure it was perfect this is an awesome muffler shop as west coast muffler and boy do i tell you, they did an awesome, fantastic, job well done! It totally exceeded my expectations they went above and beyond to please the customer and they did I was and still am a very happy customer. I highly recommend West Coast Muffler in Citrus Heights CA, Larry will take care of you Gus and Justin do phenomenal welding cutting metal fabrication work. After I left the shop I was smiling all the way home smiling happy because that Greddy Revolution muffler is loud just like the way I like it! Loud! Larry, Gus and Justin these guys are awesome they will take care of you all you have to do is let them what you want and they will exceed your expectations. May this business thrive, be blessed and continue to make customers happy I know they totally made me happy. And the best part they’re open on Saturdays 9-5pm which worked out perfect because I work Monday through Friday.

Gus is amazing…I only wish he had his own shop…Larry has no business skills. His customer service skills is lacking and he tried to scam me…be careful if you absolutely have to use them…Gus needs his own shop, he is highly skilled both in labor and customer service.

Larry, I have plent of money, that is not the problem. It is truly a lack of customer service and knowing how to speak to your customers. You have more people in the vicinity of Citrus Heights that talk bad about your customer service then you obviously know. Only reason people even stop there is because of Gus. Your business skills have killed your business and Gus is the only reason I even decided to go here. Good luck in your future endeavors.

The guys running this place are very straightforward and cool. Their work is fantastic. Services performed: Removed a resonator and replaced with an x-pipe = $300

Went here the other day service was slow and they acted like they didn’t want to even work on my car. They also say that they beat everyone’s prices they are way overpriced. They tried to charge me $400 a side for my mufflers. And on top of that they said that my car would be done by 3pm and they didn’t even start until 3: 15pm.

Took my truck here to get a flowmaster installed. Very quick on the spot service. I also purchased a black muffler tip. The black muffler tip in less than a year turned to a grey normal colored tail pipe ugly and disappointed. This also happened to my buddy who i recommended go there.

Seven months ago the team at West Coast Muffler, in Citrus Heights, gave best competitive price for complete 4ea catalytic converter replacement on my 520,000 mile 2006 Tacoma 4.0L, with a recently replaced engine.

Gus put on new cats, and in and out of the shop efficiently same afternoon, he’s a craftsman.

Then 28k miles later had a rare pre catalytic issue that appeared to cause a P0430 OBD code “cat system efficiency below threshold”. I did the needed engine diagnostics testing to prove truck was tuned properly, per warranty requirements, brought it back to them.

Larry and Gus inspected for any potential exterior system damage and removed the cat converter and looked for possible clues of improper engine maintenance, then replaced targeted converter quickly, without charges, within a few hours. Outstanding and immediate communication and service from them both. Honest and trustworthy people, and five star company.
