From the first informative phone call to the Escondido office, to picking up Graham's remains, both Graham and I were treated with dignity, kindness, compassion, and love. Alma, Jaimie, Ashley, and Ricardo all make the best team to accomplish this.
I am so appreciative of the kindness, and the beautiful keepsake box, all wrapped in velvet, along with very loving and helpful grieving information.
A+. I couldn't have asked for more for Graham or myself.
Many thanks always

This place was purchased last year and during that time my dog had been cremated. I called to pick him up and they could not locate him. I called several more times and the nice lady who answered told me everytime, her manager was going to call me. Never got a call. So in the end they got my money and my dog. I hope these dirtbags go out of busines.

I loved my dog more than I can describe. The staff was compassionate and helped get him back to me.

We were very happy and got more than we expected. Our cat was brought back to us in a nice wooden box with his name on it with a cast of his paw. I would recommend them to any pet owner. They also delivered his ashes to use very ccompassioned and great customer service.

We sadly lost our English Bulldog Mason last week after joining our family 10 years ago. Our grief is overwhelming and his loss is felt everyday. This cremation process was dealt with so much compassion and our Mason was returned home so beautifully, as we wished. Thank you to Guardian Angels for the paw print and beautiful card and beautiful cedar box, and taking such care & compassion of our Mason.

When life is as bad as it seems right now, this place makes it as bearable as possible. Their level of care and concern for both you and your pet goes far beyond any normal business practice.
When Brinkley died, a part of our hearts was torn out. It is a loss that we have all endured from which we will survive.
Guardian Angel is the best solution for a terrible time.
We thank you.

As badly as I would like to leave a positive review for our beloved pets afterlife experience, I do not feel that it would be doing anybody justice.

During the vet visit, where we unfortunately had to put our furry family member to sleep, one of their employees was taking other pets out of the freezer and loading them into his van. Ultimately, our bad experience begins here.

Before our boys final moments, we had shopped for cremation services after reading some negative reviews about Guardian Angel. We have always trusted our vets and unfortunately, we allowed them to talk us out of our better judgement. We left our boy with the vet to be picked up by Guardian Angel.

When we received him back, the urns entire face plate as well as cedar fashioned base had been completely destroyed. It appeared as though it had received a proper drop kick or 2 story fall. It was splintering, badly. No care to our boys resting place was shown in any manner - his urn was handed to us in several pieces.

We wandered back into the vet to ask what could be done, and they told us that they would call immediately. After some clear communication difficulties between the office and GA, we were told by our vet that Guardian Angel was actively on the case to replace our broken urn with an entirely new housing. We were asked to come back in the following day to pick him up.

We thought, to be safe, to call ahead of time before walking in to more trauma. This time, the vet tells us that they have no idea where our pet's remains had gone. They had assumed that we had actually gone in and picked them up. After some investigating, it turns out Guardian Angel did not make the new urn on site like they had told the vet over the phone, but rather took our boy back to their location to be replaced into a new urn. All the while, they must have forgotten to tell our vet.

We have finally received our urn, and it is in seemingly in good condition. This one even came with a wood finish, which our previous seemingly didn't, despite the package we paid for claiming it would be.

I have spent time deliberating as to who should receive the blame - the owner, Mike, or his employ. I must imagine that in this line of work, good employees are hard to come by, but either way there is no excuse for the way this was handled.

I have told our vet that we will not use their afterlife services again, as I haven't been so insulted in quite some time. Hopefully that helps them to move to pursue contract with other pet afterlife services. To think, I actually paid money for this.

I do not, in any way, recommend Guardian Angel to anyone that has a shred of compassion for their furry loved ones.

I can’t Thank Guardian Angels enough. January 31st, we had to take our Cat Endee to be euthanized because the cancer had riddled thru her body and we didn’t want her to suffer. The et at VCA in El Cajon asked us if we wanted her cremated and I said yes but by herself. She asked me to pick a box and an engraved name. I was so distraught, I was just pointing and bawling. I received Endee’s remains today and I can’t Thank you enough. The paw print was so special and extra. I had no idea you’d do that. The box, the Rainbow Bridge, everything was so much more than what I thought it would be. Thank you so much for taking the time and realizing pets deaths can be as traumatic as human deaths. Thank you so much. It was beyond every expectation. You all did an amazing job on my Endee’s box and keepsake’s. I appreciate it very much.

It's been a little over three months since my dog Rosie was euthanized because her mammary cancer had spread to the rest of her body. Probably the worst day of my life. Even to this day it still bothers me. I know what your thinking, it's just a dog. Yes and no. It's a dog in that yeah she barks and sleeps and eats food and enjoys her life. She was just as alive as you and me and her life was just as precious. Anyone that sees their dog or cat or whatever and sees a close friend that listens to you, plays with you and comforts you when your having a bad day knows that these animals are more than just objects. They are innocent beings that deserve more. They don't know why they are sick or dying and only want to be as happy as can be.
The guardian angels pet crematorium took delivery of our beloved family member from our vet and after two weeks we received her back in a cedar box. It took me a few days to take the time to inspect the craftsmanship of their work and to my relief everything was in it's place, as it should be. I just want to say this last remark. Thank you for taking proper care of our family member and I don't say this often but God bless you and yours.
Keep up the good work.

We lost our beloved unexpectedly a few days ago and used Guardian Angels services. We were thoroughly impressed with everything from them. Due to our current situation, they understood and had our big baby boy cremated and placed in a very impressive cedar box and returned to us in just a couple days. Looking at his paw imprint they did and reading about the rainbow bridge had me tearing up. We greatly appreciate the team at Guardian Angels!
