First funeral service and burial for our first beloved dog. Shawnee was patient, helpful and attentive to our family needs. Pricing is very reasonable. Ryan is very professional and compassionate. He goes above and beyond to make my baby boy looks perfect. Highly recommend West Coast - San Diego Pet Memorial Park. We can't thank Ryan enough for his kindness and service provided.

I would like to start off by saying I am not the type to leave a bad review. The employees at the memorial cite were polite. I went today 6/9/21 to pick up my cats paw print and a male helped me out, he was helpful and welcoming. It was quick and easy, although my problem is the print itself. I had my cat, Stinker, put to sleep 6/3/21 and the lady that came to our house made a paw print in front of us. She shaved the fur on her front right paw to make it easy for molding. She stretched out every finger and made it a great memory to have. My family wanted 2 more, so this place was where we could get it. When I received the prints and went to my car to look at them and they looked nothing like the one I have at home. Yes, I know cat paws stretch and spread out, but it was done rough and messy. Her claws look 3x as big -width wise, and I am positive it was “her” back paw (if it was even HER paw). Why use the back paw if the front paw is perfectly shaved for an accurate and easy mold? Not to mention these molds are $30 each so it costed $60 for 2 messy back paw (if it’s even my cat) molds. Not satisfied with my purchase.

Why did my dear dog come back n a much smaller box than the one they did for me last year who weighed 20 pounds less? My 75 pound dog is in a cedar box the same size as my 30 pound dog. What am I to think? I paid for private cremation.

I buried both my fur babies here. We had a wake to spend last moments with them and had a burial. They gave me paw prints on claw and snip of fur. Nice peaceful place to visit

Dawn was very compassionate, understanding and genuinely caring during our devastating loss of our beloved dog we had that was murdered to bring in for cremation. Gave us many options and we were cheerful to receive such a beautiful urn with his picture engraved on it, paw print, certificate and were just treated with the upmost respect. Thank you Dawn

When the vet messed up my boy's name (and the urn he was supposed to be interred in), I called them to fix it. After getting a frustrating response, I called West Coast Pet Memorial directly and spoke with Shawnee.

SHE WAS INCREDIBLE. She gave several options on how to best fix it, and said "we NEED to get his name on there. "

In the event that you need support for your pet's funerary aftercare, they are INCREDIBLE. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I don't know how much Shawnee is making, but it's not enough! She's amazing!

Thank you for your incredibly caring response and treatment for Pope Samuel L. Jackson the Grandpotato. <3

I have several fur family members there starting back to 1980. The place is fantastic and caring I recommend West Coast to anyone looking for a final resting place for their fur family member.

We adopt senior and special needs dogs. We lost Mikey on March 2,2020, and Katie today (May 7,2020). The staff at West Coast Pet Memorial Services was so kind, patient and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during two tragic times. Thank you all.

My cat was processed instead of cremated. I just picked up my cats of 12 years ashes, today from my Vets that started using this shameful company. Every possible thing that can have the company's name advertised on it does. Every piece I received is slapped with a bar code and batch number because he was done with others instead of by himself. I got his paw print and it was of his back paw instead of his front and its sloppily done at that. They forced a 14 pound cat into a vase not bigger than my hand! Don't use this company they do not care for your pets they are just numbers and dollars for them.
