West Coast Sourdough - Roseville, Blue Oaks

6 or 7 peoples working behind the counter. Walked in, no greetings. Everyone is focused on online orders. We stood at the front counter waiting to order for a little over a minute or two, which doesn’t seem a lot in writing but when your just waiting there and people are making eye contact with you and not even acknowledging you it’s a decent amount of time. Walked out and went next door to Chipotle. Way too focused on online orders. There’s a million sandwich shops out here, so just not one I’ll stop at again.

Unfortunately I will never order from this location again! Hands down worst Ruben sandwich I have ever received from any of the sourdough companies, and my southwest chicken salad was garbage! Thought I was ordering from the one next to nugget. Great service and clean store but someone dropped the ball! Instead of sauerkraut I got coleslaw

Found a dark black hair in my food. Roast beef tasted like veal. Cookie was stale and inedible.

My absolute favorite sandwich shop. Embarrassed to say that I pretty much eat here every day.

We ordered a sandwich platter for a small gathering the evening before we needed it and it was ready to go at the exact time we had chosen for pickup the next day. Everything was so meticulously done and they were kind enough to fully wrap the veggie sandwiches so they did not touch the meat sandwiches without us asking. Delicious sandwiches, great service and it made setting up for our get together a little less stressful, we will absolutely be ordering again in the future!

My son and a friend had lunch here and were treated terribly. Both had a sandwich and fountain drink and as they were refilling their drink the manager told them that was not allowed and forced them to throw away their drinks that they just paid for. I called to confirm this was their policy and was told there is no limit to refills and spoke with the manager who proceeded to tell me that she thought they had ‘too many and was disruptive to the guests’. I was waiting outside and there was 1 other guest who never moved so I’m not sure what her actual issue was. We have been going here since it opened but will no longer give them our business. They either need a new manager or some kind of training because this is unacceptable.

Placed a large catering order for the Woodcreek HS mountain bike racing team. The sandwiches were ready to go by time needed, staff were friendly and provided words of support to the team. And sandwiches were good. The HS teens loved the variety.

Love the sour dough bowls, and sandwiches here. Sandwiches are always made to order perfectly

Decided to try this place out after seeing it recently open up. Reminds me of Sourdough and Co, basically the same menu. Got myself a #9,8 inch cracked pepper turkey, along with a bag of chips (which were amazing) and a soda. Meal was delicious and would recommend trying them out if you're hankering for a sandwich.

So on my very 1st experience I got staff that doesn't really smile very much. It's not always a necessity but it's nice to have. I have to say when you 1st walk in the smell of the Sourdough was amazing! The sandwich that I had which was a hot pastrami with everything on it was fantastic to say the least. I will certainly be a returning customer I just hope people smile next time it always feels nice

Was really excited about this restaurant being so close to home but I’m disappointed. Staff is friendly but the sandwiches have very little meat and have little flavor. I have to say I prefer Sourdough and Co.little further to drive but worth it.

Delicious food! I got the turkey and salami 6 inch, with a cup of clam chowder (pictured). My husband got a pastrami 6 inch. We both loved the soup and our sandwiches. Highly recommend going here! We'll definitely be back.

The wait to order was about 10 minutes but the food was ready about 5 minutes after ordering. I think all of this will get faster as the staff gets more experience. It was clear most of the staff was still being trained.

Great sandwiches, familiar but with their own twist. We found this chain in Windsor last year, so excited to have them come to our local area.
