Like the man said, bad customer service. We used them because they were cheaper than the others. I would rather pay more to other companies than stressing out everytime West Coast's representative would call me. The owner ought to look into some crash courses for some of his/her employees on how to be professional and how not to be rude. I wouldn't leave a bad reveiw if it'd only happned once but seems like that is the only way some of their employees know.
