Adding to my review, I called the staff Monday to update them on an issue and had a guarantee that the PA would get back to me by Tuesday. After waiting patiently I was notified today that the office is closed for a week, I'm going to find a new dermatologist because this is the definition of unprofessional.

Jennifer and Kaitlyn were so kind and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had about my condition. After my appointment I was relieved I had answers and I don’t need to worry anymore.

I was disappointed the practitioner did not know what I had.
Why do you keep the PA Ms. Tu there when everyone that sees her is disappointed about the same thing?

Has she ever heard of Perioral Dermatitis? I knew what was wrong with me before I went. I needed help tho. I don't care for a doctor or whatever who does not know what's wrong! I'm sure they see a lot of each thing and should know most problems.

The staff was very responsive and helpful when I needed an immediate appointment to alleviate a reaction to one of the skin creams I had been using. I appreciate their staff dermatologist as she explains each procedure and why they are using it.

I had what I believe was called “ Mohs Surgery “. I dreaded the shots! My spot was on my calf. I put a piece of lidocaine patch over the spot about 1 hour prior to appointment. It worked pretty well. The surgery was painless. The rest of the staff were very courteous. Very professional. Thank you.
