I had an abnormal test result and didn’t find out for 36 days until I called multiple times to question the results myself. They claimed they called once and my voicemail box was full but with an abnormal result I would expect more than 1 attempt to get a hold of a patient. This is not safe or satisfactory care.

I waited a long time to be seen. I know doctors don’t spend a lot of time with patients but if I say she spent more than a minute with me, I’d be lying. She was rushing so much that I felt like I was literally an inconvenience to her, she saw me and in 10 seconds said what she was prescribing, no explanation of anything, or how to use it. I had another question and it was like the most vague answer, I had more questions but I felt the pressure to hurry so I totally forgot them because I was feeling so uncomfortable. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Hopefully I don’t have to see her again. As I was walking to the exit I saw her sitting in her office chilling with the medical assistants around her all talking and laughing, it made me even more annoyed because I thought she was rushing me because of the amount of patients she had or something so she couldn’t even spend a whole minute with me but there she was just chilling in her office right after.

My doctor, Dr Hemperly, was kind and helpful. I give him a 5/5.

However, I habitually wait about 30 minutes from the time of my appointment to the time that I can be seen by the doctor. My last visit I waited for over an hour in a waiting room with literally no one else in it and I decided to leave. I have a busy schedule and definitely don’t have the time to burn waiting for an inattentive staff to do their jobs correctly. I will find another derma office.

Was a great experience at the dermatologist I had & very happy with the info. & he knew exactly what I had & what treatment to prescribe.

I called yesterday and got appt.for today. At appt.time, I was called from waiting room. Medical assistant explained everything before Dr.came in. He explained everything to me and did the procedure I requested. Medical asst.stays in room, but no problem. Everything was done well, quick and effecient. I am all set for a dermatologist.

Everyone is always professional and nice. Quick and I never wait long. Dr. Zaleski-Larsen is always well spoken, nice, happy and to the point.

We were very happy with the office, staff and the caring treatment we received. And we were happy we didn’t have to wait forever to get an appt.

Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr Larsen is wonderful! Attentive, caring, she addressed all of my issues and answered all questions I had. All around fantastic experience and am looking forward to my follow up appointment with her. Highly recommend!

The entire staff with whom I came in contact was professional, friendly and very courteous. Procedures were clearly explained.

The first time I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room. There were way to many people waiting to check in. Very difficult to stay 6 feet apart. Hopefully better next time.

My second visit today was just as pleasurable as the first. Dr. Hemperly and the entire staff are top notch!

They apologized for running a half hour late for my morning appt. But it should be noted. In future, a phone call would be appreciated so that I don’t waste 1/2 hour of my valuable time.

Most thorough skin exam I ever received from a dermatologist. Nice, nice people as well. They will always try to accommodate a patient’s needs.

Great and friendly employees and very knowledgeable on what I have and are working on getting my medicine I need to take care of my psoriasis even though I was denied they are putting in the paperwork that the law says they can't deny me to receive my otezla.

Treated me on an emergent basis, and I was really helped in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner! Thanks for such great assistance for an emergent medical problem!
