Dr Moats is excellent.

Since West purchased the practice it is less personal & very structured. Appts Have been canceled by West less than 24 hours before I was to arrive at their office.

They call you in on a timely matter and are seen and examined rather quick which is wonderful especially if you have to return to work. Very professional, very clean and quick.

I was provided an appt promptly. Staff was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and provided good followthru. I am grateful and acknowledge their skill with intervening with my situation. Thank you.

I have melanoma. Dr. Moats took a biopsy and it came back cancer. He did the surgery on my back and got it all and my back has healed very well. Now I noticed this weird growth on my shin and it hurt. Dr. Moats sliced it off and cauterized plus he sent it to be checked for cancer. It was. But Dr. Moats got it all.

Went in they checked me in right away. Didn't have to wait long. I was in and out in about 25minutes.

The doctor provide me with great information, they were super nice and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

When the doc or PA wants the patient back for an appointment to take a biopsy, all efforts should be made to get me back in for a quick < 5 min procedure as quick as possible.not 30 days later when everything is healed up.

Dr. Rummel and the staff were all amazing. Dr. Rummel makes you feel comfortable and it’s nice to have a doctor who speaks to you not at you. I would highly recommend West Dermatology.

I will probably not be returning to this office. I had an appointment this week and felt like it was very rushed. Maybe it was a bad day in the office but spending less than 5 to 10 minutes with a patient is not acceptable especially when you only visit once a year.

What breath of fresh air! Even if mask wearing makes it a bit difficult. They had an App to access my Drug Plan and what the coverage might be on my part. There are adequate support staff In the office, 2 Physician Assistants and a Dr. This was far superior to my previous experience at another practice. The exam was much more through as well.

I have been going to Dr Moats for more than 20 years. In my experience I have never had an issue with him or his staff. I couldn’t recommend Dr Moats and office more!

This place is great! Dr Moats is the calmest, most caring Dr ive been to since Dr Ebner retired. And his staff is great too. Andrea was a competent assistant to him for the surgery he performed on me. She put me at ease right away n i felt it would turn out just fine.

I am not sure how this rating system works. I pressed the fifth star but the chart that popped up is confusing.

The front office staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was greeted by the assistant with a big smile. Nathan the PA was patient and answered all my questions. He explained my condition throughly and what I needed to do to prevent further irritation. I feel more at ease now that I’ve been able to be seen a few times and I’m getting better.
