West Gastroenterology Medical Group

I first want to say that the doctors at West Gastroenterology are amazing!
The two star review reflects the office staff and wait times. I have been coming here for 3 years, and never once have I had an appointment run on time. You will wait at least an hour after your appointment to see the doctor, if not longer. At the moment I am writing this review, I am 1 hour, 25 minutes passed my appointment time and still waiting.
The office staff is not rude or mean at all, just very bland, like zombies. No personality or making patients feel welcome in the office. Not personable nor a single smile in the house.
I keep coming back for the doctors, but I literally have to take a full sick day to come here for appointments because I never know how long I will be here.

No one came to my recovery room to let me know what my results were. I was supposed to wait six to seven weeks for the results to be given to me at the following appt.where an 80.00 co-payment awaited me. I did not think it was fair to make the patient wonder for two months what results they had since the appointment for follow up was scheduled 6-7 weeks out.
