2 My late mother received excellent care; the physical therapists gave maximum effort, and place was clean, with a cute cat on the premises.
It was my mother's last two months of living, and this place, and West Hills hospital, eased her "transition. "
Please, don't bring your love one here! Overmedicated, malnution, & dehydrated my love one! He then had to go to hospital and never went home, & when he went there he jst needed to have physical therapy to walk more. Please pick another place where they have staff who are real nurses, NOT FAMILY! Look for proof, certifications!
Do a walk thru just randomly! How nice though, they all stick up for each other! Or visit everyday ask yourlove ones if they are happy? And believe them!
Put hidden cameras or call and do facetime and observe, and listen. I'm sorry, the FTC should be aware and the BBB. Cuz they never even called to apologize or make anything right!
