I know I can get immediate help at West LA Optometry with any eye problems. Dr. Manfra is the best. He’s very thorough.

The employees were all very kind and welcoming. The Dr.was also thorough during my exam. She did not rush me, and she even suggested I try different combinations of prescriptions to get the best fit. I’m very happy to have found this practice

Amazing doctor, Dr. Manfra is very detail oriented very patient and knowledgeable! The staff is extremely helpful and super nice, they helped me choose out the correct frame for me and guided me in the right direction! I will definitely be coming back and recommending everyone I know to come to this location! Pat the manager is very professional and friendly, Betty was amazing during my sale and carefully explained everything to me. Maggie was very helpful during the pretest and super friendly! This entire staff is very welcoming and friendly!

The exe exam itself was fine; exactly to be expected. However, I discussed with the Dr.my concerns about cost of daily contact lenses versus monthly. The annual cost was not clearly explained to it. It was also never mentioned that the brand written, ie a daily on my prescription would be the only brand I could purchase. As a result, I had to call and have my prescription redone to a monthly. While this would done quickly; it still could have been avoided. On a separate note, I never discussed with anyone in the office scheduling another eye exam; yet I see that only has been scheduled for a year from now. This should be canceled, as I never agreed to this.

I was on time for my appointment, was pre-screened within 15 minutes, but waited for the optometrist another 20 minutes. The optometrist, whom I had seen before, was very thorough and had a warm demeanor. Overall, this was a very good experience. I believe it is time for professionals to schedule themselves appropriately so that they can be on time for the appointments we agree to.
