West Park Apartments, San Diego CA

They decided to host a company/employee party on 09/23/2023 that blasted the music from the central pool area for hours. What they don’t understand down by the pool is the sound amplifies. I called to complain, and the girl at the front desk was very nice but you could tell she was frustrated with the situation and she said she had gotten other complaints. One tenant started playing other music for a while, and someone yelled for them to lower the music. Absolute disrespect for tenants who live in the building that they would disregard complaints and continue playing at the same volume hours. I get it, you want to have a good time. But with my windows and door closed, I shouldn’t be able to hear your music, especially after multiple tenants have complained. They rightfully wouldn’t have allowed any other persons to do the same thing, but since they were the offenders apparently they didn’t care. There are families with young children, and people who work nights. Thumbs waaaaay down for those who allowed this embarrassing, entitled and selfish behavior to continue.

Had to wear noise canceling headphones in my own apartment due to the extremely loud music being played, called the office and nothing was done

Guys be away from them I just give them a call asking about permission to enter my apartment with im not at apartment and she tell we didn’t need any permission from u also they steal rolex watches from my friends apartments please be a away im from Kuwait so I didn’t have any personal problems with them but this what happened

Just renewed my lease again and CAN NOT say enough good stuff about Riena and her team. I have never lived in a place with such great management, office, and maintenance teams, they are always so friendly and helpful with any/everything. Always going above and beyond to make West Park a great place to live for me and my pup. Love West Park and recommend
it to anyone looking for a place to live!

We lived here for about a year and a half until we moved to a house, and it was a great experience. I am truly sad to be leaving this apartment complex. The maintenance people are so sweet, responsive, and kind/helpful. The apartment buildings and areas are always kept clean and the pools are always so nice and the perfect place to hang out. Not only that, but the people in the leasing office, specifically Erik and Riena, are amazing. Erik is so responsive to any concerns and he welcomes my fur baby in every day and gave him treats and so much love. Riena is understanding and truly just wants to make your experience here feel like home. We have loved our time here and our apartment, and we recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment that feels like home.

I can’t say enough good things about West Park! I moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been amazing! I moved in site unseen and was amazed by the spaciousness of my studio apartment. Anthony in the leasing office also made it a seamless process! Moving in was a breeze! The amenities here are also very nice! There are many pools to choose from with nice seating including lounge chairs and cabanas! The gym is also great! It has everything you would want including free weights, machines, kettlebells and medicine balls! Chris the events coordinator for WestPark goes above and beyond always throwing events to keep people connected! Since I have been here they have already had a 90s night and a cooking class! The cooking class with Chef Syd was amazing and a perk that I didn’t even knew existed when moving in here! I can’t say enough good things about the apartment, community and leasing staff!

I would like to add an update to my previous review. After living here for over a year now still I am in love with WestPark. It is a great community and everyone is very friendly and nice. A great experience I recently had is that my microwave was no longer working. The maintenance crew (Jose and David) quickly addressed the issue and were able to get me a new microwave in about an hour. It is great to live in a community with such great service and I really appreciate the maintenance staff for always fulfilling request quickly. Jose and David thanks a million!
