The receptionists were amazing, wrote down everything and heard me when I told them about my daughter. The doctor however, it felt like he didn’t examine her right and just asked her to take deep breaths and that he’s giving her a cough medicine. Saw her in like 5 seconds and left. (Mark kasow) I’ve had other doctors on here that take the time to listen and see any alternatives that can help my daughter but this doctor was in such a hurry and I didn’t appreciate that.

Had a great experience. In and out within 25 minutes. Angel was awesome and Karen was amazing. Very understanding and courteous. I Would recommend this place to anybody in the future

I come to this urgent care very often. They are most of the time quick with getting us seen by the doctor. Today Ana assisted my child with letting the doctor Tom know the symptoms and concerns that I had for my son.

This urgent care is one of the niceset place to go. The facility is very clean and the staffs are always nice and polite.

Quick, precise and caring. Maria and Angel were very helpful and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and safe when her tonsils were looked at. Testing was as rapid as I have ever seen.

Great experience Denise was awesome she made the process quick I do recommend this place if you have to get drug screen and DOT Physical.

Angel was sweet with intake and the PA Chris was very clear and listened to me and treated well.

They brought us back almost immediately and completed the exam within just a few minutes. They were really patient with my son during the process and took care of everything quickly.

Very easy experience. The wait wasn’t long and everyone was very nice. Maria was extremely helpful with the check-in process. Angel and Chris are awesome. They took great care of my princess.

I love west point medical center i bring my daughter here any time she is sick or anything is going on. They are all so welcoming friendly I brought my daughter in today for her ankle we were checked in by Antanesha she was so energetic and sweet got us checked in right away than Angel called us back quite quickly took us in and took her vitals and initial intake of my daughter, and then we were seen by the doctor his name was Chris he was very calm and attentive to my daughter we had XRays taken by the Tech Gerson he made my daughter feel so comfortable while taking her x-rays I was overall so pleased by this visit, and any of my further Medical needs. I definitely will be coming back to Westpoint Medical Center. Todays staff Antanesha, Angel, Chris, Gersen and Maria all were great 10/10 thank you for taking care of my daughter today

Simrah was very kind! She made sure I was comfortable and the whole staff never once invalidated how I was feeling.
