Hiring West Point to manage my property was the best thing I could have done. Having responsive, caring professionals to handle issues that arise has been invaluable. They have, without doubt, been worth every penny of their monthly fee. My rental is a bit older and Westpoint has overseen electrical problems, fence/gate replacement, and appliance repairs. Their staff is quick to return calls and email and they are always courteous and seem concerned about me and my tenants. The rental they manage for me is the only one I have. I'm not a big property owner but they make me feel like I'm their most important client anyway. When something needs attention at my property, I used to stress about it but West Point has alleviated all that. It's nice to work with a company that always comes through when you need them!
