Called to try and bring my injured cat in. Was told they couldn't help me because I am not a current client. What good is a vet that won't help an injured animal? That's like a doctor who won't help because they don't know me. Hope this place goes out of business.

Called to dicuss pricing for an emergency surgical procedure.no help, didn't want to discuss anything without an appointment for an examination.

Update: After their response I would like to add that when I say "anything" I mean asking for a ballpark/starting point/rough estimate. I specifically asked about a pyo. Many vets could let me know their no less than 3k-4k. Why would I want to spend 50-100 to find out I can't afford it? A great vet did a fantastic job and many beach trips later Aura is currently in a dream beside me.

We wanted to thank and commend Dr Knap for her kindness and compassion when had to have our little dog put to sleep. Ginger was 16 plus years and was failing. Dr Knap guided us to make the right decision. A very bad time made somewhat better. Thank you Dr Knap.

Excellent front desk service and the vet is amazing, very helpful. Definitely recommend. They responded do care about your fur babies.
