A nice quiet park tucked away here in West Sacramento, close to freeways and shopping. I can't wait to meet all of the residents.
When I was first introduced to this park. I thought it needed a lot of work now that I see the Park and the new managers that have turned this park into a very nice place to live. I rate this park with a five star review. The managers are very nice and helpful, the maintenance team takes care of anything you need right away or make sure they can get what you need to help. They are truly helping people live life to the fullest.
Leilani is a good manager has that park nice and clean and a quiet area to live at nice swimming pool
They denied our application but we were never given a reason for the denial. I was told that we would receive a letter stating the reason for denial. The letter was received but the reason for denial was not provided.
Its a nice place to live and visit. Its centrally located to many amazing places such as the River Cats, the Golden 1 Center and downtown Sacramento.
I been here for almost a year now it's nice and quiet with many shops walking distance

Can't keep a manager can never get ahold of anyone and they put important paperwork in unsafe places to get ruined
Up until recently it was pretty bad. But its gotten WAY better. A LOT of changes in management. Newest lady is chill. Understanding in a pinch. They fixed the pool after the previous people blew it off for 3 years. New washers n dryers too.
Its close to all the shops and stuff as well.
Could do without all the feral cats though. They get real loud at night
