Westcreek Apartments, Thousand Oaks CA

Property is well maintained and the area is nice and quiet! Kiersten and Amanda were super helpful in answering all the questions we had throughout the paperwork process. It’s also lovely that they arrange events and actively improve amenities!

The westcreek apartments are a great community! My wife and I sent 4 years here. Beautiful and very quiet community with amazing schools, shopping, and restaurants that are all walking distance. Also can’t say enough great things about Edwin, the maintenance manager. Anytime we needed anything he made it happen in record time! Great guy with a great attitude who truly cares about this community, so much so that our dog only trusted and loved him coming over when we weren’t home. So clearly this is a very animal friendly place!

This was by far my favorite place to live since moving to Los Angeles! The apartment was updated, bright and cozy. Everyone in the community was so friendly and the place was kept so clean. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance, Edwin’s the best! He is always on top of everything, quick to help with any issues and super friendly too!

Westcreek has been my home for almost four years. The location is quiet, picturesque, & compound layout private. I have yet to meet the new manager Kiersten in person. However, she came into her new position at top speed, clearly making improvements & staying on top of administrative needs. Edwin, who helms maintenance, is an affable responsive help. He is professional, courteous, communicative, & resourceful. Edwin & his family are a welcome part of the Westcreek community.

I love my community so much. Such an amazing place to live. Edwin In maintenance doesn’t let anything stay needing to be fixed for long and he’s even suggesting extra fixes and upgrades. Makes life better! Me and my family love it here.

I work with many apartment communities for my job and Westcreek is one of my favorite to visit. The property is gorgeous, always clean and well kept. Then as an added bonus the staff is always so welcoming and kind. Edwin and Kiersten are such a pleasure to work with, I truly look forward to our time together!

I have had the great pleasure to work with the management staff at Westcreek, some of the most friendly of people. Both Kiersten and Edwin are phenomenal! They always go above and beyond for the residents and do the best they can within the scope. The property is quiet and zen, and the community is so welcoming. Love that I have multiple shopping centers around me. Everything is local.

Recently moved into the community, and my husband and I have both really enjoyed our experience so far! Kiersten has been so delightful to work with, and so attentive to our needs. Very happy with our decision to move here!
