Westerberg Linnea DDS, Santa Rosa CA

This office is overall very charming. They offer patients roses and Dr. Westerberg is very sweet. Unfortunately, the office staff is not in the same page as the dentist. Poor scheduling and billing practices. A single rose can’t make up for bad service.

We love Dr. Westerberg and her staff! They are all so friendly and professional. I always leave with my teeth feeling and looking great.

• Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They genuinely like to get to know their patients, even though it’s hard to talk back to them with instruments in your mouth.
• Text reminders about appointments. I always forget to write down my scheduled appointments so it’s nice to get those reminders

I had my first visit with Linnea Westerberg, DDS today. She's a keeper! Professional, friendly and downright knowledgeable. She gave me options and explained well regarding and old crown and root canal we have to look into.
The hygienist was very gentle and prepped my sensitive gums with some numbing gel.
The team is awesome and very well informed and so kind. And Jasper the tiny office pup won my heart!

They have an amazing, outgoing, and friendly staff. They always want you to feel comfortable as possible with the option of getting a neck pillow, or blanket. They even give u a flower for every visit. One of the best dentist office I have been to.
