I used their service two years ago and about to do it again. A certified lab with a quick turnaround. Looking at their reviews I’m glad to see their still doing well

I would highly recommend this place. Their price are very reasonable and results came back very quickly.

Getting your questionable materials tested by Western Analytical Laboratory is a no-brainer. It was easy, inexpensive, and quick. The instructions on their website on how to send your sample (s) are easy to follow. In my case, I had a popcorn ceiling to remove. I was fortunate that there was no asbestos.

I paid on line waited days just to be told in email
that they did not receive payment.
I paid again a second time on line as instructed and sent proof of payment still no results.

This is what you want! Don’t waste your time and money on the expensive “kits” that need to first be mailed to you! A total outside renovation came to a screeching halt when someone on the demo team suggested that the siding possibly contained asbestos. No further work could be completed until we had it tested. I looked for testing with the fastest possible turnaround time (regardless of cost). Most testing required you order a test (up to a week to receive) send your sample in (another week or overnight depending on what you want to spend) and days before you get results.that had the best possible outcome of at least 9-10 days if paying for overnight mail back to the lab. That wasn’t gonna cut it.
I placed my order with this lab and followed the easy instructions (no waiting for a “kit”) and the next day planned to overnight it at 8am hoping for results by the following day/evening. Next am an my son injured himself and required a visit to urgent care and then the hospital so my overnight sample didn’t even reach the post office till 4pm. I still got the test results that next day! Just a few mins over 24hrs.amazing! And the breakdown of what the sample is made of is exactly what the contractors needed to see. I will use this company again for other demo houses for sure.

Love this company. I had sampled the plaster and dust surrounded my HVAC vents (we have a 5 year old HVAC system but house built in 1960s). The results all came back negative for asbestos. Thank God! This company is so friendly to work with and they provide quick results. I dropped off my samples Sunday night and I received the results next day. I prefer this over buying a $9 test kit at Home Depot that would require an additional $40 per sample to get lab to process and then the dreadful wait of many more weeks for the results. When I feel concerned about asbestos in a house I’m living in, I need to know ASAP! This company gives me peace of mind. Their price is also very reasonable. And their turnaround time and response are lightning speed compared to other services out there!

Great service. Had the asbestos test results back in less than 24 hours. Report was emailed and broke out each sample with the result. Recommend highly!

Sent a sample of our drywall in the kitchen out on Monday they received it Wednesday at 4: 30pm eastern and by 7pm eastern we had our results of no asbestos. In the review sheet attached to the email they included what the material was made of. Very speedy service. I would absolutely recommend.

Sent 3 samples to their lab, within 3 days they emailed the results back with details of the type of asbestos and the percentage. Great service and price. I will use them again when inspecting houses.

Mailed off our samples on a Wednesday. The lab received them on Friday and by 7 pm (central time), we received our results. Great service. Would definitely recommend!

I was worried because I only saw reviews that mentioned negative results and one that expressed concern about false negatives. My sample tested positive so there's no chance of a false negative for me. Good information and fast results.

Purchased my home a year ago.we are now ready to remodel and definitely couldn't afford to have people come out and test for asbestos. I cut out the sample and my husband shipped them on Tuesday. They recieved the package on Thursday at 2: 08pm and I had my results by 6pm. I am highly satisfied and now I can stop freaking out about if my kids are sleeping in an unhealthy house.our home was built in 1954 has had remodeling.we just wanted to send the samples in to he sure we weren't harming anything by remodeling

This company made asbestos testing affordable and quick. Also, I contacted them by phone with a question and I got answers and help right away. Highly recommend.

I sent a sample of ceiling popcorn on a Wednesday about lunchtime. I sent it UPS overnight, so it arrived around lunchtime on Thursday according to tracking. I had a test report PDF in my inbox before sundown the same Thursday. The fee was $30 for the one sample. I don't know if that's high or low for the industry, but it was perfectly acceptable.

Unbelievably fast results. I sent my samples from New York to California on Jan 2 by priority mail and they email the results on Jan 5.

Excellent response time! We were completing some upgrades to the home and my husband decided to remove the popcorn ceiling. After some investigation it was definitely needed a test for asbestos as home was built in 1969. We mailed the samples from Miami, Fl and they were able to give us an answer the same day they received the samples. We did regular mail on Monday, they received it on Thursday noon and response was given at the end of the day. Excellent and detailed report.

I have used their services twice now for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. I mailed the samples from NYC and once they receive it, you just wait for a couple of hours and you will surely get the results via email. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you. Great job!
