This company was a huge disappointment, if I could rate less than 1 star i would. They spent 4 months attempting to install our system, creating more problems than there initially were Their techs were not properly communicating with their hardware team and they consistently burnt our electrified locks on multiple doors which we ended up having to pay to repair. They also sold us on a "premiere monthly service" contract that included alarm monitoring, as well as 4 hour tech support guaranteed (which was a selling point), however when we never received alarm monitoring (because according to them the part necessary to monitor never arrived even after 4 months), and asked why we were being charged for the premiere service while not receiving all the benefits they backtracked and said alarm monitoring was an add-on that was not initially a part of the package. I continued to ask for tech support on our high level security doors but received no response. And, despite not having our installation completed we paid in full, and once that was done, they decided to terminate our contract and our Kantech Hatrix cloud account that is necessary to lock/ unlock/ assign / unassign access points. They essentially left us with broken hardware on our high level security doors because of improper installation and had no formal process to transition our account or hold our account for a certain amount of days in order for us to pay even more money to rebuild our database. They had 4 months to complete a proper install, which they could never do and decided to terminate after receiving full payment decided not to fulfill their end of the contract and decided to terminate it at their convenience. And of course at a moment when we are expected to run at our highest level of security. This company is completely un reliable and unprofessional and quite frankly, liars. I sincerely hope no other business has to deal with this kind of treatment. I advise to stay away from them and their "contract agreements! "
