WORSE PARTS PLACE ON THE INTERNET. PAID A EXTRA 200 IN SHIPPING TO GET IT QUICKER COME TO FIND OUT THEY DONT EVEN STOCK. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR A MONTH NOW AND NO REPLYS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU WILL END UP BURNT

Very unfortunate. They really seem to have good products at reasonable prices. I had placed an order prior to seeing the reviews. Mine, like most everyone else ended the same way. I paid for a product that never shipped. Almost no email response as to status. When I finally received a response, I was advised they would have the proudct by mid the following week. 2-weeks later, still no communication or product. Had to contact my bank to initiate a refund. Their website does not support realtime inventory. In other words, they sell product regardless if they actually have it or not. I wasted several weeks on a project needlessly, I really wish I had read the other reviews first, and I really wished they could just fulfuil their commitments.

Places an order for a flip kit and c-notch for my 94 Chevy just flip out arrived been trying to contact them and never herd from them ever again

I ordered the wrong part my falt. I had them on my car and took them off after two weeks. My mechanic ordered me the right brand and part. I sent the parts back and they told me since I had them on my car. They couldn't do anything with them. They did not refund my money and told me to go somewhere else. They said they were to badly damaged. I was in shock because there is nothing wrong with them. I going to put this on my youtube page about how bad they are. I did let them know I was returning them. They said I had a restock fee of 20%. They got them and didn't give me anything. Dont every shop here please. Bad business I tell you.

I ordered a lowering kit in January, half the kit was shipped the week after. Emailed about the other half, was told they would ship by the end of February then March, I finally received it in April but it was only the lowering springs. Now it is June and I am still waiting for the spindles. If you are considering ordering from this company make sure they have every part in stock before you buy.

No Stars for customer service, rude and sent wrong parts with no solution to resolve. Sent detailed email at their request, with detailed pics with zero resolution. Had to end up modifying parts to fit correctly. Will never order from again and I suggest you don't either.

Very bad company, stay away from this people, 4 months waiting for a rack and pinion for a 1970c10 and nothing, customers service very poor, get my money back and still charge me more than $100 for nothing.not recommended at all

I ordered a conversion kit back in December of 2022, it is now late May and I still have not received my kit. After multiple attempts to figure out what is going on with my order. All I get is they are 2-3 weeks out. I have now heard this 5x. Wish I would have read the reviews of this company before ordering parts through them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. But almost 6 months later and no clear answer on where my parts are. Enough is enough. I will now be asking for a full refund, which sounds like it will take just as long.

Would highly recommend you go elsewhere for parts. Ordered front/rear lowing springs and shocks. No indication anything was out of stock on the website. No indication when my order shipped. No front springs arrived. After an hour on hold, I was informed that the website isn’t set up to display out of stock nor do they email you about it. I was told if I can’t wait the 3-4 weeks they were backordered I should order from someone else, which is what I did. The guy said I don’t know what to tell you next time call and place the order.

Bought aluminum fuel tank. Fabricater installed bed and had to lift again to run ground wire. (Not in instructions) Bottom draw

Horrible Horrible Horrible do not use this company been waiting three months for my order everytime i call its 45 min to an hr to get someone on the line and just like everyone else they sent me half my suspension order and told me the other half was on BACK ORDER in the email would be 10-14 days for the rest which im sure they already knew and could have said that from the beginning this place dont even deserve 1 star obviously this is an on going issue very bad business

Do not buy from this company you will never receive what you ordered and when you call you find out what’s going on you will sit on hold for at least 30mins for them to give you an excuse of it someone else’s fault and they’ll call back when they figure it out then never calls back I have had a order “returned” for two weeks and still haven’t got refunded

Ordered on 12/14/22 and still haven't received any notification when my order will be sent off. I understand backorder issues but when no communication to paying customer it's an issue. Sales Order 49608 still hasn't been completed. It's been close two months waiting on complete order. I only got half the order and my customer is waiting on their vehicle to move to next shop. Terrible Customer Service and still haven't reached out to me. Had no problem receiving my full payment. I would have no problem if they communicated about parts being on backorder.
Just called after being told to call. I was told not getting full order until mid March. This week push me out 3 months waiting for order. I will Never Ever Deal with them AGAIN and my shop won't either. Communication is Terrible if I didn't call I wouldn't know.

Ordered a lowering kit for a s10 got everything but the leaf springs ordered on 11/5/22 email said 10 days eta. Then after waiting until 12/5/22 to call and see what the deal was it was still out of stock. I then waited another month 1/13/23. And still the same thing another 5-6 weeks out. All this could have been prevented had the website showed there inventory stock-age. And now have to wait for a refund which im sure will be just as horrible as this company
