Western Dental & Orthodontics, Inglewood CA

This will be short and simple. I made an appointment online because their website specifically said they offer free dental consultation, including exam & x-rays for new patients with no insurance. See photo. When I arrived the receptionist told me it would be $131, and the only free exam they offer are for braces.

That is NOT what the website says. They not only wasted my time, but I've definitely found lower costs for consultations.

Bait and switch if you ask me.and I HATE businesses who do that.

Office is very unprofessional I came in 9 months ago complaining of a pain near my wisdom teeth They took x-rays had me weight close to an hour After finally seen a dentist she looked at the eggs way and said that there doesn't appear to be nothing on the X-ray and that I'm not due for a cleaning yet and sent me away. Just recently I went back still complaining of the same pain after 9 months of brushing and flossing I and using Listerine now and now they told me I have gum disease And that my insurance only covers the 1st stage and the very last stage and that im currently in the middle stage That is not covered by my insurance And want me to pay $1500 this is sad how they dont care about your teeth They only care about money

Caroline the X-Ray technician is as is as rude as they come at this location.
The others are a trip as well.
The only professional, curteous person in the whole place was Elizabeth one of the hygienist.

If you have any sense you'll skip western dental. Try anywhere else but them. All of their offices are whacked.

I haven’t even been seen yet. At this specific location they are very very slow. This pandemic going on i understand the waiting outside or Sofia distancing, but don’t have people waiting outside almost alllll day when i just needed inquiry about my wisdom tooth. I spoke to western dentals hotline to see if they took my insurance and was able to see me today because my tooth is killing me. I can’t eat drink and hardly sleep. I’ve came here thinking they can take my emergency and not having a car and being able to live close by. I never EVER had a situation to where I’ve been in excruciating pain and can’t be accommodated with. So annoying. If you don’t want to work here.apply for something else because people here are in pain and time shouldn’t be played with.

I can see why the reviews for this office are so bad. Based on the voice message that the receptionist left me today, I already cancelled my appointment and rescheduled with a different office.

They literally took 4 hours and 20min to attend us and we had and appointment at 1: 45 we arrived at 1 and literally left at 5: 30

Stephanie the receptionist at this office needs to be in the back of the office. Her customer service is wack. Bad attitude. I was feeling sick and her attitude was so unnecessary. Her manager didnt care and was also on her side. So let me find another office to attend. I cant do unnecessary bs.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning at 9: 15 and i’m writing this review at 11: 15 AM because I have yet to still be seen. I decided to come in as early as available so that I wouldn’t be late for work, and now i’m still going to be late. The first time I came I was also made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby just to be told that they couldn’t switch me over to this office. Man I hate coming here so much.

I came in for a tooth extraction and the dentist as well as the assistants were great! Pleasant and professional.

I came her 1.5 years back to see dentist for my front teeth problem but they treat my other teeth but slowly treat my Problem ones. Now its get worsts and pain. Now they offer me with $4000 for retreatment.

This place is horrible! The wait time is always 2-4 hours before you are seen which is defeating whole purpose of making a appointment. They overbook people which is ridiculous

Arshia is the best. Patient and gentle with her patients. Explains everything thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. Answers all questions. Gives good advice on what she sees as necessary hygiene treatment plan. Stays in her own lane in terms of her specialization.

Marmar is very passionate about her job and I really felt comfortable with her since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while

The dentist was extremely professional and took her time to explain what I needed done. For the first time I was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled time. Different from past experience the office staff were very organized and welcoming.

Waste of time pack of scam artist rude dental assistants I can go in and on save yourself from this place!

Arshia is so wonderful, she was very professional, nice and patient. She gave a complete home care detail and deep cleaned my teeth perfectly. She is the best.

My experience has been horrific the orthodontists Niloufar Nourimahdari is sooooooo mean. She makes me feel like she personally does not want to help me. The staff is rude overall they do not take the notes they are supposed to and honor them. I recently had to transfer to the Long Beach Western dental because I refuse to let them to continue services or me because they are so rude!

Dr. Maral is very Rude to Employees and patients. I came in for exam and she did not take her time to do the exam or find out why I came in. I had to show her the issue of why I was here, which she recommended prior. Now the work the prior Dentist did was not done properly. She got upset when I asked certain questions and was very rude with me then she stated did I think she was being dishonest and im I trying to argue with her.

I did not like the outcome of my teeth even tho I discussed my concerns with the DR on the appointments before the removal of my braces! I waited TWO years and was so upset that at the end of all the waiting, and not to mention how expensive these braces ended up being my expectations weren’t made. I went to 3 different places to get pricing before I got my braces western dental by far was the most expensive but I had such high expectations from western dental that I said my smile is worth it and came here anyway! I Was so wrong. Look at your opinions because western desntal isn’t it!

Arshia my hygienist did an amazing job doing my deep cleaning for my mouth. She was very calming and encouraging throughout the cleaning!
