Had an amazing and wonderful experience here today. The front office staff led by MAGGIE were so friendly and wonderful as they made all the arrangements as I got there. Dr WIRK and dr Tafesh were incredible as they guided me they. So we’re the staff. Incredible experience highly recommend.
Not the greatest service.they try to run this location like a assembly line pumping out as many customers as possible with little attention to no attention to detail.they have lost forms, misplaced my retainers attempted to give a random retainer not fitted to my mouth luckily it didn't fit. I would not recommend this location specially on how much your paying.
Worst dental place ever. I went around August of 2020 to get my teeth cleaned and had a good experience with the dentist, however not with the financial person. I was told I needed this extra service that was supposed to repair my gums and all. My gums were fine and at that moment I didn't know that the Perio was the bulk of the money I had to pay. In total I paid around $1200. I didn't really know much about dental work so I paid it. Once I got home I saw the receipt with everything and the Perio was the most expensive thing on there. I called in next week to see if I could get a refund and was told that was not possible. I have been thinking about that ever since and won't ever go to this place again. Don't BUY THEIR PERIO DAILY DEFENCE SYSTEM. IT'S A SCAM.
I got my deep cleaning done inside two days and I would say the Dentists did a really good job.
Dr Peter Tafesh, is the best, he was very gentle and took really good care of me! Always booking my appointments with him
