My consultant named jlisela was very helpful I never had a good experience at western dental till now, I appreciate all the patience and effort she put in on helping me.

I have went to my appointment Andrea I had helped me. She knew what she was doing. I would say she was a professional worker. Andrea also was phenomenal with her client. Can't wait to come back. Thank you, Andrea

Terrible! I despise coming here because they have terrible customer service. They have no idea what they are doing. Constantly having issues with communication. They waste everyone’s time. It’s absolutely infuriating! I feel I could do a better job being blindfolded. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never come here unless wanting to be treated with such incompetence.

Mauryssa was attentive and welcoming throughout my entire visit and for that I would like to say thank you!

I’ve came for an appointment on time to Western Dental, where I have to wait about 2 hours for a procedure that takes less than 10 minutes. They lied and told me they’d take me in once they cleaned the seats for ortho, which would take 5-10 minutes. It ended up taking 30 minutes, which was too long. I made an appointment at 2pm bc I was busy at 4pm but they couldn’t even attend me on time. They also couldn’t reschedule me or fit me in after wasting 2 hours of my time. Still haven’t received a call from them after two weeks from this appointment.

Horrible arrive for appointment and hours later they tell you can't be seen. Or you show up and they have booked you incorrectly and cannot see you. Then want to charge you for insurance covered procedures because they don't want to do paperwork for your insurance, instead they rather charge you for it. Horrible place ever no one knows what the other is doing there.needs to be investigated and audited for fraud

Have friendly and professional staffs. We checked in and was called to the back in about 5 minutes. It was a very quick visit. My son needed spacer for braces and we were in and out all in 30 minutes.

Andrea was the one who brought me back right away did new x-rays was super friendly and got things squared away. Kept in contact with me as to when the doctor would come see me. Very friendly and professional.

My experience was great. A lot of nice people. When I was getting X-rays done by Mauryssa, i thought she did a great job. She was really polite.

I don’t really like coming to the dentist but the staff make it alittle less scary. Savannah C answered all my questions and was really patient with me.

Never, never, never come here for braces or clear aligners. Unless, that is, you don’t mind wasting approximately 2 hours of your time for each appointment. Please don’t think I’m exaggerating. They get you in lickety split to sign you up, at the expense of the other patients waiting. That’s the only time you will ever be in and out. I am currently sitting in the waiting room at 5: 32 for my 4: 00 appointment. Trust me when I urge you to go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

All the staff were sweet and nice. The service was great and they answered all the questions that I had. They were clear about the financing part about the each procedures after the check up which I appreciate a lot.

Place is bogus take forever to get you into your appointment but be quick to take that money out of that bank account, all there 5 star reviews are from them forcing you to give it to them this place is Terrible
