Dr. Desai and the staff were very kind and seemed to really care about my treatment. They listen to my concerns and guide me towards the right care for my teeth. I have gotten really great customer service each time I have gone in. Thank you for all your help in getting my smile right:)

I went to this place yesterday and felt duped when I left as I felt this scam-like dental office wasted 2 hours of my precious time. Got there at 1: 15, and after filling out my paperwork, asked the lady at the reception YVONNE how much I'm expected to pay for cleaning. She said she can't say just yet as they have to do a thorough exam before she could give it. (I know, I should have ran out at that point, but I felt like I already wasted my time coming over, so I stayed put). At around 2pm, a lady named MINA did my dental xray - very curt, no bedside manner at all. Brought me to this small, messy stockroom-like space where she went in and out of, holding my mouth, situating the film and at the same time operating the keyboard in the other room. Unlike other dental offices, no facial tissue was in sight, you have to catch your saliva (gross!) and those films were very uncomfortably placed in my mouth I had to tell her to be more gentle. And yes she did give me a paper towel when I asked for one.

By the time I was taken upstairs to see AZRA, I was already regretting why I stayed and couldn't even smile anymore. She took photos of my teeth, she was pretty okay, although again, no bedside manner. I felt like part of an assembly line, one of those soldiers who line up to get tested for something: D No facial tissue in sight too, I had to ask for it and she gave me a bunch of paper towels. To their credit, I was impressed at how the upstairs area looked clean and professional.

When Dr. Dasai came, who was very nice and seemed really good, I couldn't smile anymore. This was at around 3: 15 pm, 2 hours after my appointment time. Then Yvonne came back and FINALLY gave me the quote - $11,000 + for a whole treatment including dental implants, gum medication, crown AND the cleaning. It was so ridiculously funny I wanted to cry. They said they can't do a regular cleaning because I need a deep cleaning, and that costs $800. MYRA the manager came, and said it's my insurance that is to blame for the cost. Maybe it is, and I understand that. But the entire process was overwhelmingly tiring and frustrating - it felt like I was in a Timeshare marketing promotion where the salespeople tire you out and force you to pay in the end. And when I discussed the messy xray area and the facial tissue, Myra calmly said, "oh well, that's how we do it here. "

Go somewhere else, please. I admit it's partly my fault. I should have asked how much the cost is for regular cleaning and checked their reviews before even making the appointment. Lesson learned.

Great people. Everyone did something extra. Very friendly personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Desai and his staff have been fantastic. I had all my teeth pulled and got dentures. What should have been a horrible experience turned wonderful. Dr. Desai is awesome. His team front office and back are the best. Especially Miss Mina. What a sweetheart!

I would definitely recommend Dr Shamoon, quick and efficient job. The front desk worker was a sweet heart too, no complaints here. The whole staff was very obliging to every customer that showed up both times we were there.

Everyone was very polite and friendly n new what they were doing. I was very nervous but they were able to calm me down.

I visited this location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was thorough with explaining the treatments to me and discussed preventative care.

This is the worst place ever do not go here. They lie to you, bill you for treatment that is covered by Demi-Cal and you never receive the treatment, pull out the wrong teeth and send you to collections. I was missing my front lower front tooth and needed a lower partial asap. They took impressions several times and no lower partial. I needed to have my back lower molar pulled and instead the y removed my implant that had 4 molars on it. Now instead of missing 1 tooth I am now missing 5 plus. Now the metal screws from where my implants were poke my mouth, they said they destroyed my teeth because I didn’t pick them up but need to take more impressions to make them $1885.00 dollars taken out of my bank before they even tried to bell my Denti- Call that covers what I need. I was already terrified of the dentist and now even more because of “Western Dental” the worst they better refund my money and give me back my implants they had no right to remove! I paid over $3,500 dollars for my implants and they removed them! Bad service and law breaking dentist! Their office manager “Salina” is the worst! Don’t hire her anywhere she cheats customers and steals from care credit with fake accounts!

I called n made an appointment fir a Saturday. I recieved a call from western dental on Monday saying I have to reschedule for a day during the week. I replied saying i cannot during the week to cancel it. Then i get a call Saturday saying I missed my appointment. They play too much.

Got Braces with their orthodontist department. Have never felt more comfortable. Thank you Dr. Chau and Amanda for making this journey easy.

I Came here for braces and the service was really great. Dr Chau and Amanda the assistant were very helpful and kind with everything that needed to be done. Would recommend!

This place is so horrible. Carelesssand unprofessional staff. The dentist there doesn't know what they doing. They should not be there.

I would like to recommend this dental clinic to everyone. Dr. Chau and his assistant, Amanda are excellent professionals. They have given me confidence. And I am so happy with my new smile.

Regarding with the cleanliness of their clinic, I would also like to give them a 5 star.
