I went in today for a filling and Cathey Alvarado (R. DA) did my cleaning and put the fluoride on my teeth after and she was very kind and even asked how I was feeling in between the cleaning, which I really appreciate.

Not very professional. They canceled my 80 year old dad's appointment 3 times in a row. Told him to stop taking his blood medication just so they can end up rescheduling for a 3rd time. Putting my dad at risk for another stroke. Ask yourself, is this right?
