This is the worst dental office to go to they messed up my crown an made it bigger then my original tooth an would not fix it and they had me show up late to my appointment sending me the wrong appointment time an rescheduled me to not come back until July after they made the mistake of having me show up to wrong appointment time today

Racist was called a N Word and they kept my cards also and lied and say they don’t have them never been so disrespected at a professional business they want give my Lawyer any information to file lawsuit They very unprofessional and the cooperate is backing there lies this company need to b shut down immediately RACISM IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR DENTAL PLEASE EVERYONE BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS UNTIL THEY REMOVE THEY FRONT PFFICE WORKERS

I do not recommend it. They told me that I have 2 cavities and they told me that they would request authorization from the insurance and the estimated cost was 14,946. Yes, $14,946 is incredible, the money does not come out of the bag, but how much do they have to do for two cavities? I don't want things done to me that I don't need just to charge insurance. I can give less Stars

I recently visited Western Dental & Orthodontics for my child's appointment and unfortunately had a negative experience. We were made to wait for over an hour, which was frustrating and inconvenient, especially with a young child. The front desk staff was also unkind and unhelpful, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that they have a strict policy about tardiness, which made me feel anxious and stressed about arriving on time. I believe that healthcare providers should prioritize their patients' time and provide a welcoming and respectful environment. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend Western Dental & Orthodontics to others. I hope that they can take feedback from patients seriously and improve their services to better serve their community.

By far the worst dental place ever. Half the time they don’t have dentists there and therefore they will reschedule your Appointment at the very last moment and than give you another appointment for 2 month later. The receptionists are so rude. They never smile or never greet people. They talk so rudely as if our tooth obstruction cost is coming out of their pocket. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE including (staff and dentists).
In January, one of my tooth broke (unfortunately I cling). I got a same day appointment (took an uber there and back) and when I got there, their office was closed. I got another appointment and when the dentist finally examined me, said that I need to extract my tooth asap and didnt really give me options because I missed my other appointment and I havent gone in for a check up. After asking several times for a treatment plan and their rude staff telling me (also ignoring me) I have to wait 30-45 min to even talk to the dentist again, I left. I went to another dentist and fixed my tooth without even the need for a root canal. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS DENTIST (she) WANTED TO EXTRACT MY TOOTH THAT DID NOT EVEN NEED A ROOT CANAL! I am not even 30 years old yet and she told me there is gonna be empty space in my mouth unless I do an implant which takes months but this tooth needs to be extracted. THIS IS INSANE, I CAN NOT BELIEVE SHE CALLS HERSELF A DENTIST.
Also, Last year I had an appointment one day at 2 PM and around 2: 45PM, I found out the dentist is just going on his 1 hour lunch break. Obviously I was also taking my lunch break, therefore, I had to leave without being seen. I made another appointment which was obviously 3 months after that.

What thr hell I can't even contact them they NEVER awnser there phones that's so disappointing man consumer service is very important. Man it's not about money and how you pay

Let’s start with front desk employees horrible people they don’t even know how to communicate with patients second appointment wait times at least 2 hours so overall western dental is not a place to be treated so any of you guys have a chance to go somewhere else anywhere will be better than here

The dentist has been confident and assuring throughout my procedures after years of neglect on my part.

Really poor customer service, they never answer their phone calls, they're always super busy. If you don't have to the time to wait around or call several times across several days don't come here. Especially for braces, I'm not sure how management is and why they don't have enough employees, but their service is terrible. They have 1-3 days for orthodontists only and that just isn't enough people. I will never recommend this place.

My daughter had braces too and I am trying to schedule orthodontist follow up appointment. Last appointment done in July and made multiple calls. More than 10 times since October but the orthodontist is never available. In the waiting list. Still no one has called me. Even my husband did walk in to the office for appointment but he was unable to get one. I strongly do not recommend anyone.

I had appointment today at Western dental For a regular cleaning. The white wasn’t too long. As soon as they called me back I was in and out in no time.

The service here is very lazy and unsuccessful. Everyone who works here is very bad and lazy, including the doctors. Unfortunately, you have to come here seven times to solve your problem the eighth time.

Always a great experience whenever i need a checkup. Kristen is very nice. As well as Doctor Ai.
