Western Dental & Orthodontics, Merced CA

If I could I'd give this place a zero, but that's not possible so I'm giving them a one. The receptionist, I believe her name is Alejandra, is one of the most rudest, nasty, bitter person I have ever had the misfortune to met. She was so hostile and rude for actually no reason. I came up to ask about an appointment me and my sister had scheduled for the past week, she snarkly replied we will not be attending you. She also would cut me off when I'd ask why they wouldn't be attending me. I was confused and asked why, she rudely started accusing us of not answering calls about canceling an appointment. That statement is false. I had anxiously kept my phone's sound on, constantly keeping an eye on it, answering every single calling for this appointment. The only calls that had to do with the appointments were confirmations that I would be going to the appointments. I even had texts to confirm the appointments. Never once had I been told to cancel an appointment, at all. In fact I was looking forward to the appointment as the person on the phone call was very kind. However I would ended up having the most negative experience I ever had at a dentist appointment. Along with my negative experience, I had also seen Alejandra being incredibly rude to another person in the waiting room. That women seriously needs to be put back in school to learn some manners, and how to be respectful. I will never ever go to any western dental

Stacey was so helpful with my dental visit. She explained very good with detail my dental procedures. That made me feel comfortable.

This office is definitely better than the other Merced location!
Front staff was friendly and nice, thank you Jeanette and Berenice. Will be coming back here and referring family and friends (:

Sulema is the best, she makes me feel safe and is comfortable to be around. Especially since I haven’t been to the dentist for awhile but she still made me feel okay with it

Finally found a good dentist, Dr. Sidhu is the best! She went the extra mile with my fillings and made my teeth look great. Christina was great as well. I was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable/ calm. Vere was very detailed with explaining everything. Great team. Will definitely be coming back.

The timing/scheduling in terms of appointments and such is quite favorable. Dr. Sidhu, Christina, Sulema, and everyone was very attentive and thorough in the performed procedures and explaining the procedures along with what needs to be done after the fact.

Berenice helped me out today and the staff was overall helpful and I had a great experience

I have extremely high anxiety whenever I come to the dentist office, but Christina is so friendly and disarming, I hardly realized where I was for a good part of the visit. Thank you, Christina!

Came in and the receptionist Janette was super helpful and April who took my xrays was super nice and good at her job! Had a very positive experience with both ladies! 10/10 recommend!

Thanks to Christina M and Berenice for explaining to me about the treatment the dentist order for me. I like the way they treat me with respect and the way they explain to me about the procedure the dentist was gonna to do.

My experience here has been awesome. The girls in the front have been very helpful. Dr Sidhu has been great and always goes into detail in what procedure she will be doing. Her and Christina M were very kind and helpful.

Christina M was great at welcoming me and taking my X-rays. When I seen Dr. Sidhu for my exam she was fantastic and answered my questions. I would recommend.

April is wonderful to work with. Very pleasant personality. Very thorough. Professional and personable.
