2 years ago my husband made an appointment with them. On the appointment date when he showed up they said, they have to reschedule it because didn’t verify his insurance. On the reschedule date when my husband showed up they said, he didn’t have any appointment.
After that my husband never stepped in their clinic anymore.
After 2 years, I made an appointment with them because I needed urgent services. After 5 days, was my appointment and I showed up on time but the lady who wear a nose ring tells me roughly that I can’t be seen by any dr because they have staff shortages. I told that lady, you should inform me before I came to your office. She roughly replied me.
My experience that Riverside Chicago ave Western dental care, front desk staff does not know how to behave with client.
In my opinion, front desk person should speak politely with clients.
They waste my time and I suffer toothache during 5 days and I have look for another appointment, Absolutely not from them.
Horrible experience.

I was seen by Dr. Frahgieh and Maria. Worked as a great team made me feel very comfortable and always made sure to make sure I was doing and feeling ok. Satisfied with the work done. Very friendly and clean office.

Definitely will recommend this to everyone. They are so professional and my teeth look amazing. And Devonna was super helpful in my payments.

I don't love going to the dentist but the staff here makes this unpleasant process much easier! Devonna is an excellent employee who takes the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Frangiah is my favorite dentist as he is gentle and did my deep cleaning with no pain. Sometimes the wait time is long (even with an appointment) so you have to be patient and understanding but besides that 10 out of 10 I recommend this dentist

Devonna and the rest of the staff were great! They took care of me in a timely manner as well.

I enjoy going here. The staff is great and quick appointments. Maria and Dr. Frangieh always get the job done quickly and no pain. Taking my baby to see them soon.

Devonna is the best she has a really amazing personality! She’s super professional, friendly and good vibes! She kept in touch with me consistently she made me feel important making sure I get my procedures done asap! Book with Dr. Frangieh he definitely gave me the comfortably of trust to do professional work on my teeth. He is extremely friendly and gentle when working on my teeth. Juana his assistant, was also super sweet to me she gave me a nice compliment and was gentle with my teeth during X-rays. Thank you so much for the best experience at western dental.

You’ll be waiting more than 3 hrs to go home from the moment you sign in for your appointment. They overbook patients. The doctors try to sell you on everything and they rush you when asking questions. In my 30 years of life I’ve never experienced such a sales-y dental office. I had to ask another doctor walking by to answer my questions after my initial doctor rushed out saying I need braces and to book the consult and rushed out. Asked the 2nd doctor and he said my teeth look fine. Never needed braces before and I’ve been seeing the dentists regularly since I was a child.and this was my first and last appointment with them. Corporate greed will run these practices out of business and burn out their doctors. Don’t believe the good reviews and go to another dental office.

The office is very clean, and the employees are super nice! The assistant maria was very patient and did her job professionally, as well as Dr. Frangieh. Thank you! I went for two root canals and crowns

My son came in for a cleaning today performed by Gigi. She did amazing. She was very patient with him and talked him through every step. Dr. Hameed was also very friendly and explained what procedures needed to be performed today.

Irma was really sweet and communicated with me.
Just got my braces off, service was really well. Everyone was really nice, Thank you: D
