X ray technician is very courteous. She makes you feel comfortable. Doctor explained clearly my dental issues. However i have to wait on the dental chair for almost an hour to wait for my turn to be seen.

Erica G was great and my experience was better than all my dentist visits I’ve had. She was very gentle with my teeth and very kind so I rate my experience a 5 star.

Erica went above and beyond her way to make me feel awesome she explained everything in such details that I didn't need to ask my dentist questions because I already knew what was going on. Lisett was so sweet and helpful she help me try to get approved for some credit care to help pay for some medicine I need but I wasn't approved

Érica G is an amazing employee. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She strives to provide the best patient care possible and is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients. My family and I are very thankful. She is also Spanish speaking which is a plus for me. Erica has a great personality, always positive and outgoing. Make the environment in the office welcoming.

This place was super unprofessional the x ray tech was super rude, music was blasting then all of a sudden when i got to the chair no one was around every one disappeared. Do not believe any five star reviews i got a card from the tech practically bribing me for a 5 star for a free whitening service. When i didn’t pull my phone out right away to do so she got angry. I felt so uncomfortable i left with no services done.

I actually had a great experience at this dental office! The staff is great & the doctors and dental technicians do excellent work! I had to have crowns put in & I had heard all kinds of horror stories from friends & family. However, from start to finish, this Western Dental in Poway did an awesome job!

It has very respectful, caring and friendly staff who do their work very professionally!

I've been to this dentist 4 times, and every time I leave I'm unsatisfied. The staff is very pushy with asking for 5 star reviews and scheduling procedures without discussing the cost. I almost agreed to an $8000 procedure, and only found out about the price because I asked about my insure coverage. I would be skeptical of any reviews that mention specific staff here.

Don’t got here if you value your time. My first appointment was scheduled Tuesday. When I arrived, they didn’t have record of my appointment. The front desk lady told me their 1-800 number often messes up with this kind of thing. I came back for my appointment the following day at 9: 00am and they didn’t start my cleaning until 10: 30, I was told I would need to come back the following for a 10: 30 appointment for my filling (that I had already paid for). Im now sitting in my chair with no one tending to me listening the the employees gossiping behind me with no urgency. It’s 11: 30 and I’m not sure where my doctor went or when she’ll begin working on me.

This is the second time they hurt me today they made a hole inside my cheek and my tongue is a little irritated. I'm sad the first time they cut my lip it wasn't serious but who likes to be hurt? Please think about it many times to go to this office.i'm disappointed and scared…. Please run

Professional and friendly dentist Dr. Patel and her co workers. They answered all my questions and took really good care of me.

Western Dental said it would cost $1,050 to remove my wife's wisdom teeth and other teeth. In addition, medical insurance coverage was separate. Front said he needed to trim the healthy bone after his wisdom teeth were extracted. Wisdom teeth are not required. But why keep your bones healthy? A Western Dental employee said the implants had to be placed there. Why do wisdom teeth need implants? It was absurd. I wanted a breech and when I asked why it cost 1050.00 when all I had to do was remove the teeth and clean it, the staff couldn't answer. Why make her bones healthy when there is no reason to implant her wisdom teeth after they are removed? Everything was a message from the doctor there. Medi-Cal insurance provides 100% coverage for tooth removal. But they asked for an additional 1050.00. Is this justified?

Erica G. Is always extremely helpful every-time I come to the dentist. She is so kind hearted and always makes sure I feel comfortable and talks to me instead of just having awkward silence. She is the best and the main reason I come to this location!

Horrible. They rescheduled my appt 3 times. Then when I arrived they said they had no record of me ever having an appointment. I showed then the email and voice-mail confirmation which only led to them giving me attitude. I left without making an appointment and will never go here again.
