I have been going to WDental for a couple of Decades now. I must say that they have always been good to me. I don't have to wait months for an appointment. Heck they take walk-ins. So it really is up to you. The staff is not only friendly, they will go out of their way to help you through any hard times. Whether it's financial, locality, or just being nervous. And they have always explained everything they need to do, so that I understood what to expect. Great place for fixing teeth. They always do a really good job. Thanks for reading this far. LA

Wait time is over 2 hours, certain days out of the week there is only one doctor on site. They never mention to patients that you have a wait time of over 2 hours. / 3 hours later and we are still sitting here. My daughter is only here for a cleaning.

I waited a hour after I had made my appointment at 10: 30 and they started passing people before me even tho there appointment was at 11: 00. There was a lady waiting since 9: 30 and they still didn’t attend her and said they only had two people

Dr is always nice and never has hurt me
Even though I hate shots they are very good

My father is 93 yrs old. From the moment we contacted the office in San Fernando CA it was unexpectedly wonderful. When we got there and there was mistake in his coverage their amazing office manager took it on and fixed it. Dad was treated with respect and kindness. The dental x-rays were high tech and the support staff are great at their jobs and with my dad. And the dentists have been stellar. I did not expect this. I am switching my personal care here as well. So should you!

What i like about western dental there are very honest about what conditions that your teeth and gums are in their not just trying to get money out of you like most of dentist office I know they Recommend the best treatments for you For healthier gums And also very great customer service

It takes hours to attend, I had an appointment for 3 in the afternoon and I arrived on time, it was 5 o'clock and they didn't happen to me, I decided to leave
It is a lousy service I do not recommend going

Worse service ever! They had me k on. Hold for 40 minutes to hang up on me at the end and never answer my call

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst dental experience in my entire life! I till this day have been waiting for a refund for a service my son was supposed to get. Almost $400! To top it off needed to go to another dental office for my sons root canal and pay for the service there. I am a single mother of 2 kids and not getting my money refunded really takes a lot from me. I have called with the same run around bull every time. No one knows how to do their jobs. It’s ridiculous. I want my money! I went to the San Fernando office on Maclay and Truman. Don’t go there the billing manager Yanira won’t call you back either. Still waiting!
