Worse place ever, the only person who will be out of this comment is the X-ray technician. The rest of the people working then are mean and do not care about your time. I have to wait 3 hours and half for a simple cleaning, Same situation when I brought my children 3 hours, even with appointments set 4 weeks in advance when I asked for it the person who did the cleaning said that is Western Dental Corporate who is responsible for my waste of time there. I do not recommend this place at all.

If they have good service and a place that is always clean, I like that they treat me well. If you want quality service, this dental clinic is for you. Thank you Western Dental.

Unbelievably inconsiderate with your time. They made me wait more than 2 hrs to see a dentist.finally, I saw the dentist for a very few minutes for evaluation and recommendation just to be left alone again, waiting even more for a simple teeth cleaning. I had waited for more than 3 hrs in all, when I decided to walk out of this place. People at the front desk and people assisting with the paper work don't even bother to give you a serious explanation. I, obviously don't recommend this place to anybody.

Do not trust the office manager, Maria.
She is a pathological liar.
She said they did not take my insurance Delta Dental, when in fact that they do take Delta.
She forced me to pay out-of-pocket, pretending they don’t take Delta.
I contacted Delta and they recommended filing a complaint against them. Maria has apparently done this so many other patients.
When I called back to confront them about their lies, the front desk person Karyme, hung up the phone on me.
This office is run by a bunch of sociopaths. Just check out the other reviews online to get an idea of who they are.

There’s no chance the 5 star reviews for this place are real. They’re completely inconsiderate of your time, and the way they schedule appointments ensures you’ll spend at least two hours at their office. They also upcharge you and convince you that you need things you don’t just so they can profit. They tried to charge me a $5 copay because of my “insurance plan. ” I mentioned that I hadn’t been charged that before and that my plan didn’t charge copay’s and the charge magically went away. They also tried to charge me for a cleaning even though they are free under my insurance plan.

I’ve had quite a few good experiences here, everyone is direct, friendly, and compassionate. I have had to get quite a bit of work done on my mouth and they have been nothing but caring and kind to me throughout the entire process. It’s expensive for dental work regardless of insurance, and they have worked with me on that and helped me get what I could afford. I totally recommend this dental office and for as long as I stay in the Hollywood area, I’ll be coming back.

Been a customer here for almost 2 years. And even though the work is good, I could not and would not recommend it. Ortho only works 1 day a week (weds), which was beyond inconvenient the first year of braces. The reception staff is super rude. This location overbooks appointments and up until recently they had only a few waiting room chairs, forcing their paying customers to stand in a crowded waiting room. I went in for a cleaning yesterday and it took over 2 hours (not exaggerating). And when I complained about this, a staff member said "It's not my fault". The day after this 2 1/2 hour cleaning, I received a text message saying I missed my appointment. I called to make sure I was not charged for this mistake, and the staff member that answered the phone said "we don't send text messages" (which they clearly do from some national auto texter), and then hung the phone up on me multiple times (I kept calling until I got someone). I have given this company thousands of dollars and service this poor is just unacceptable!

Great people. Time with help is great. When you get there with an appointment they respect the appointment. It's great.

Waited an hour in the lobby without being called in for my appointment. They show a complete disregard for your time. The techs are snacking throughout the lobby which seems pretty unsanitary for a medical office. Not going to waste any time or money here. No one else should either.

I love This location. The staff and dentist are super nice and professional. Bilingual and very attentive. I got a deep cleaning performed and my teeth look great, all in under 35 minutes!

They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Their gentle demeanor assured me along with the accuracy of their work. I'm very pleased with their work.

The worst dental clinic I have ever been to. My appointment was at 4 pm I was able to see the doctor around 5: 30.

Front desk person was super rude. Even though I followed up as a client when they didn’t send me the paperwork via email they still didn’t send it. Then I cam to the fofice before my appointment to allow some time at 3: 45pm 15 min before my appointment. When I asked around 4: 30pm to the front desk employee if she has an estimated time for me, she was extremely rude and looked at my face and said YOU CAME HERE AT 4: 22!? Do you want to reschedule it? That’s insane. I’ll never be back in this place.

The dentist and the technician I saw were nice people but the overa office was really bad including their bathrooms any public bathrooms were cleaner than this.

Excellent place but a long wait even when you have an appointment. I was scheduled for ten a.m. But I wasn't seen until eleven
thirty a.m. The dental assistant took great x-rays and pictures of my teeth. She took about fifteen minutes. The hygienist took less than five minutes to determine if my teeth where healthy and the Dentist took three minutes to look at my x-rays and to examine my teeth mainly for cavities and disease. Overall I did a great job brushing and flossy but still it took more than one hour and a half to be seen. But it was worth the wait. I clocked them all didn't I?

The girl was cleaning my teeth was very professional and she has beautiful eyes and too cute I told her every time you gonna clean my teeth
