Porche Wayne was very helpful and great at her job. I was in a lot of pain and she made me at ease with her great personality and patience.

Zain was very nice while taking my x rays. He was polite the whole time. He reassured me that I was at a good dentist office which was helpful because it was my first time at this location.

Took months to finally be seen. They would verbally tell you an appointment time and date. When you show up they tell you it wasn’t put in the computer. While sitting in the office multiple people were turned away due to the call center making a mistake. If this is your only option prepare to come back multiple times due to incompetence.

Awful place.they make you wait for an hour or more. Do not waste your time here. They have a "take it or leave it" attitude.

I have struggled for a long time with severe anxiety from past trauma dealing with the dentist. It took me years to overcome it, and take the first step, that was walking into another dental office to have work done. When I came to this particular dental office, every single person was so warm and welcoming they could tell that my anxiety was high as soon as I entered, they reassured me that everything was gonna be OK and that I was in a safe place. My dentist was amazing and she made me feel as comfortable as possible especially with the amount of work that I was having done. I also want to think one of the women that works at the front desk. Her name was Rose, she was one of the sweetest most reassuring people I’ve ever met. She made me feel so welcome, and that it was OK to be in the position that I was in and that I was not alone. We need more people in the world like you rose, more people who just care about the next person, and want to help more people who can be as considerate as you were to me in my time of need. I can probably never repay you or even make you understand what it was that you’ve done for me, but I will return to this office and this office alone as a result of the care and compassion that I received from the people working in this office. I now have my smile back and that’s some thing that I never thought I would be able to say.

Above the average experience a couple of days ago with dr kheni. Marcus is a character and has the ability to make a person smile, young brother has a bright future. Can’t wait to get my permanents put on when they come in soon!

Western Dental is already known to be the worst of the worst, a punishment for not having good dental insurance, but the ortho office on Elkhorn Blvd.truly puts on a ghetto show. Their veey large "receptionist" was busting out of her shirt, covered in tattoos, treating everyone there like they were dirt. Low class, untrained. Way to go, WD! She is the cherry on your ghetto office. I won't be letting you anywhere near my family, if that's who represents you.

Coming to the dentist after 10+years was a little nerve wracking. I've previously had a bad experience with western dental. Today that all changed. Carlos was so helpful and made me feel very at home. I did not feel embarrassed about all the dental work needed. Dr. Kheni was very professional and got me out as quickly. The front of the office has a very good feel with the young man handling check-ins, insurance and paperwork. The X-rays went very smoothly with another great employee. Having medi-cal is hard sometimes getting dental work. This facility is where I will be going for all my future dental work. Thanks to everyone!

I took my 71 yr old mother for her very first appointment for Xray and exam. The receptionists were unwelcoming and had rude behavior. Although her Medi-Cal insurance was verified; it took forever almost 1 hr 40 mins from the appt time till I cancelled and walked out.
They did not have courtesy to even say sorry or accomodate.
It was sheer wastage of time and energy.

I will not recommend such front office for any older patients.

Not sure about other branches, but this one is surely a big ‘No’ for me.

Dr. Reem and her assistant Zain were really great and did an amazing job, made me feel comfortable through my visit.

I loved this place, last visited was more than perfect, they treat me very, very good. Dr. Disha Khenia was very professional, and polite. The staff were so good, I highly recommend this place. Some people talked bad about western dental, but this place in Elkhorn is clean and it has everything we need to get the correct treatment. Give them the opportunity to show you how good they are. I was seen by Dr. Kheni and I can honestly say I didn't feel rushed or "just another patient". Dr. Kheni sat down with me and went over all of my concerns with my smile and helped me decide what would be a better outcome to do in the long run. Her assistants were very helpful and super nice to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I can honestly say I do not regret my decision in coming here, 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend to ALL of my family and friends.

Worst service ever! Not only do they cancelling appointments, but we also end up waiting for more than two hours after checking in for my son's appointment, after about two hours of waiting, they tell us that they haven't even checked him in. This long waiting has happened every single time I've been here, and it's beyond frustrating. It's painfully clear that nobody cares about the well-being of their patients or their time.

Dr Pham is always amazing. Very patient and thorough. She's the best specialist my children have seen for their dental needs. The front desk staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. Too bad the available appointments are always so far booked out. Other than that our experience was great today. New staffing at front desk. I'm happy my children are comfortable coming here and seeing Dr Pham!
