Worst place in the world they don't know how to talk to nobody Vivian are playing obscene music they're not professional at all they have children working for them I wouldn't have gave you no stars

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! YOU HAVE TO GET CONNECTED TO THEM THROUGH THE CALL CENTER AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT ANSWER! ITS A WASTE AND THIS PLACE HAS VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

The Doctor was honest and explained everything to me in detail all the staff make you feel comfortable and I had a pleasant experience

Very unprofessional. The doctor didn't verified if the card in front of her is cart for correct patient and she started doing the wrong side, wrong tooth.

Dr mira and Helen the RDA did a very good job I highly recommend this place good service and good quality and very professional.

This facility should be shut down. I feel bad for anyone who has to rely on these people for medical services. My fiancé came in as a first-time patient for a 9am appointment. We waited for an hour without any communication from anyone before I checked in again. We watched the room clear out and fill up as other patients were called in. The office assistants were extremely unprofessional. We were not greeted, they used profane language, expressed boredom, were on their phones and couldn’t tell us anything about the way their queue operates. Another patient was haggling with the inept office assistant for 15 minutes before she found his name mentioned in a note. These clowns confirmed that they overbook patients for the same time slots and make patients wait hours before being seen. The customer service is pitiful. They just pull anyone off the street to sit in a chair and ignore everyone. It’s not a hard job. I can only imagine what the dentists are like. Never ever coming back.

They don't every pick up their phone, and have spent several days and many hours trying to get hold of them to ask a question. Still no call back.

take you in you have to wait 30 minutes,

it's not true the reception she never call

me,

I wait 30 minutes,

and I come back at 1: 00 pm and the same person in the front desk she said now you have to wait one more hour,

I said are you serious?

The my appointment is 12: 30 pm.

your time.

Avoid this location at all costs. I went in for a cleaning and exam and was told I needed braces. I couldn’t afford them and politely turned them down because I was struggling financially at the time. I was constantly pushed with monthly plans and costs for them even though I told them I couldn’t afford them. They said my appointment was over and asked them why I didn’t receive a cleaning like I was scheduled for. The dentist and tech said “Well we don’t want to give you a cleaning because you may change your mind about the braces. ” Terrible service and felt more like being at a car shop with pushy salespeople vs healthcare professionals.

Had another great experience here. Helen always takes really good care of me and has seen me through my transformation. The Doctors are always friendly. I owe them my good teeth and gum health.
