I had a great experience here. Hilda did a great job with my cleaning. She was very thorough and gave me some great tips for maintaining my teeth.

Hilda is great! She made me feel comfortable. I am terrified of the dentist, and Hilda went out of her way to make sure I was okay, she was very gentle and patient with me.she’s the Best dental hygienist I ever had!

Great experience with Dr. Avnsish and Dental assistant Eileen. I am forever grateful for their help with my dental crown and cleanings. I highly recommend them because of their kindness and knowledge and expertise. They are the best! Thank you so much for helping me beyond my highest expectations.

EDIT: Over a month and a half after contacting Western Dental's corporate offices and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I have only received false promises of a refund without receiving a penny.

Around 5/18/2022 I had my wisdom teeth removed and a tooth extracted. In addition, I had planned to get a prosthetic implant to replace the extracted tooth. This process was set to be fairly lengthy (several months to a year) and I paid for all services completed and those that were to come in the form of two payments, one on 5/11/2022 and one on 6/10/2022. Because I had a bad experience with my procedure, I decided I would not complete the procedure which included thousands of dollars of work that was paid for, but that I had decided not to proceed with.

I reached out to the local office asking for a refund and was promised a call in the coming weeks, this did not happen. After calling a plethora of phone numbers multiple times and emailing Western Dental Corporate in the past year, I have not been contacted.

Additionally, I waited for over an hour during multiple visits where I had scheduled an appointment.

It's no surprise that the waiting room had multiple people complaining about billing issues on every visit to the office.

I will note that the only positive experience here was with Hilda, who was very helpful and kind.

I am owed at least $1,500 for an abutment and a porcelain tooth that was never fabricated or installed. It has been a nightmare trying to get in any contact with any representative.

I cannot say enough praise to the woman who helped me today I wish I remembered her name I have been trying to get implants forever because dentures wouldn't really stay in my mouth and today she got me the best deal ever and got me approved on the loan I needed! I have never felt so grateful towards someone in my whole life! Thank you so much

Excellent customer service from Frances, Leslie, Jocelyne and Dr. Abinash! Everyone is always so helpful, joyful and very professional! Dr. Naeil is excellent with dental implants as well! Come see them!

Western dental is very professional Hilda hygienist did my cleaning today she made me feel good and provided at home advice Leslie in the front helped me with finances I appreciated all the help and support

Leslie provided great customer service, efficient communication and made it extremely easy to make sure I was taken care of, Leslie answered all my questions and concerns regarding finances.

I would highly recommend this office Nancy C. Was really friendly and helpful with giving me payment options she was very friendly and answered my questions the best possible and if she couldn't she referred me to someone who could give me more details. The Dr was also nice and so was the front desk. I'm not sure who the other girl was but she was also very nice, she was small and skinny.

Leslie helped me, I felt satisfied, they always treat me well and take good care of me, I always recommend that you come to western dental

Everyone is very nice and respectful. The waiting time is a bit long, so sometimes it defeats the purpose of scheduling a specific time. Yet, you can understand why the wait once you are called to the back. Most of the time they are busy and the work is never rushed, therefore you get quality work. I really recommend this location. I was very scared and embarrassed going to the dentist at first due to past experiences, but everyone is very professional.

I was seen by Hilda C she is the hygienist she did a quick and efficient cleaning! Even though I have sensitive teeth it didn't hurt
