Terrible service, they don't value you as a patient, they cancel your appointments and make your appointments at will, I didn't like at all how they treated me.

Scam artist literally told them I need 3 root canals and they told me okay come in took pics and said you need root canals we don't handle that here and charged my insurance. Scammers and I'm reporting them to Medical

I am very thankful to Dr. Hu and their staff of Western Dental, N. Hacienda, La Puente and I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service rendered to me during my visit.

The positives were I did not have to pay thanks to my insurance, and I got to be seen without having to wait a ridiculously long time.

The negatives.after some uncomfortable X-Rays, I waited some time before getting to speak with a dentist. General cleaning was NOT thorough. BARE minimum. Not a full cleaning at all! They didn't even rinse my mouth in between polishing, just a cup of mouthwash and then some whitening paste. If you want your teeth REALLY cleaned, go someplace else. I could brush my teeth at home and feel more fresh and clean than I did here.

Finally done with my braces and getting my retainers. Really good dental place and nice staff. Very happy with the treatment and the ortho department. Dr. Ulan was really nice and very helpful when it comes to me taking care of my teeth and getting my retainers and braces off.

Maritza and the staff here were very helpful and informative. Not only did they set me up with the service and care that I need; a teeth cleaning, filling, and wisdom tooth extraction, all in a quick and timely manner. Also, they provided me with set schedule and payment plan that fits my budget. Would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone that is looking for one.

It was a really good treatment I just got my braces off and i’m very happy with the results and how nice ulan was.

Was super stressed about all the work I needed to have done and Maritza helped me out so much and made it easier for me. She was really welcoming along with everyone else there.

Staff was friendly and informative, the wait was a little long despite showing up on time, but after I was called the exam went quickly. Clean environment, and accessible bathrooms.

I was pressured into paying up front for an implant, ask for a refund and was given the runaround, for 100 days, finally got the refund!
