Yes this business is great I lost my dentures and my insurance was covered all the expenses also staff was great and quick.

Rate Zerooooo! Terrible service. I made an appointment one month ago to see periodontist. First the assistant told why I was there, to see general dentist or what. I told her I am there to see periodontist and she told me oh she is in surgery doing suture and would out in 5 minutes. No show! I waited for an hour and ask the front office guy, the guy on the front desk told me some time they do run late. In few minutes he came with paperwork and told me I need implants. Where/ who did the evaluation of my teeth? He said right in front of the periodontist that’s their procedure to inform me I need implants based in the x-ray. Why did you set up an appointment one month ago to see periodontist? You could email, or call me to let me know.
Horrible service and terrible decision without evaluation.
At first visit assistant gave florid and told me that’s cleaning. Be aware of the service.
Help yourself and don’t go there! Definitely will not recommend

First, I was taken back for my appointment within 10-15 minutes of my arrival which is an improvement. David, the new hygienist, was very professional, thorough and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond in giving me the best cleaning ever while explaining what he was doing with each step. What a welcome addition to the team!

I loved her speed and good service, and also the Dr was attentive to me during the process! I liked!

Dr. John is the best! Very professional and made my life a lot easier by doing my fillings that I needed and helping me before I moved to AZ. I would highly recommend this place and the front desk are awesome people.

Front desk staff was awesome.

Went in for a teeth cleaning. All they did was brush my teeth with the spinning brush and special toothpaste. That was it. No plaque removal at all

Always given perfect reception and service. Ms Vertrice in particular is outstanding. Have been to numerous hospitals and offices but yet to find someone better or more efficient than her. God bless her.

I went in for scaling and the male dentist did the first side of my mouth - was not that great when it came to tending to needs; my husband has complained about him before. The female dentist is very gentle and detail-oriented and frequently checking in during the scaling procedure, great bedside manner.

Carolina is amazing, she explains what is happening during the procedure and is very careful to be sure you understand after-care before she leaves you in the exam room. She did my polishing and set me up with my GUMX tools and explained the process of using the equipment very clearly.

To be completely truthful this Western Dental is HORRIBLE do not EVER go to this establishment! Buuuut the reason I did give it 5 stars is ONLY because of the receptionist she alone makes the entire ordeal a 5 star rating. She is helpful, honest, and she has a conscience to me that's amazing. As far as this dental office I RECOMMEND THIS TO NO ONE!

Worse service ever. Left with 4k out of pocket crooked smile after braces. They never pick up the phones, disrespectful staff. I can't believe they are still in business.

I just had a root canal performed. It was painless fast and I highly recommend. I previously had some work done that I wasn’t happy about, but I think it was just a happenstance. I really should have given them another l chance before I wrote a review. Give them a try they are great.

Very un-professional office assistants. Not great service. Office area is very clumsy. Never Go to this dentist, they don't check insurance benefits before scheduling appointment. They accept "all" insurances.

Worst place to go! I booked an exam for my wisdom Teeth so I can get them removed since I am in a lot of pain. When I went in for my exam the man at the front desk which is named Carlos said I was approved so he made my apt. For Tuesday the 31st at 7 am. He should have never booked my surgery without it actually getting approved. He really shouldn’t be at the front desk if he’s giving the wrong information. When I arrive to my apt lucy told me that the young lady which her name is Claria that did my X rays did not sent them in to get approved! Why take my X-rays if you’re not gonna send them in? So lucy told me I need to wait to get it approved or pay for the sedation. I was livid because I took 2 days off of work and I work in the medical field so it’s not that easy to request days off. I also have a 3 year old that I made arrangements for so I don’t need to watch her while in pain. It was a whole plan just for them to say I can’t get them out today & if I wanted to take them out I would have to pay a lot of money. I’m just in shock and very upset because I’m still in pain and I now have to wait even longer since I will Be going to another dentist. They just have a bunch of young teenagers doing X-rays and other stuff that they really shouldn’t be doing by themselves. Very unprofessional and if you want them to mess you guys should go here but if you want no complications go else where. Even simple braces they will mess up on. I got my braces through them and it was a horrible experience. I should’ve left then So I guess it is my bad.
