Western Dental & Orthodontics, Temecula CA

So I made an emergency appointment for today at 2 pm. I specifically asked for the endodontist when I called and they said the Temecula office has an Endodontist available today. As soon as I checked in the front desk, the front desk reconfirmed that the endodentist was there, but could do only some retreatments. I waited from 2 pm to 3 pm only to get in the X-ray room and to be told to reschedule for next week since the endodentist wasn’t there.
I have been 5 days in terrible pain and that is not okay to play with people like that! Do not recommend!

Anna was very kind and gentle, so was Christen. Dr. Lee is an amazing orthodontist. He always made sure I was comfortable and satisfied! I’m very happy with my experience.

Ana is very helpful and informative about all of stuff that help me for my future check up and she very nice, she definitely great at what she does

Dr. Shadi and his assistant Arti-RDA were absolutely AMAZING, they are the true definition of hard working. They made sure they explained everything they did as they went so I was never confused. I’m so happy I get to say i choose this dentist. Good prices and very good service from the front office to when your actually getting your teeth done. This place was horrible. Ever since a kid I had never had cavities. And all of sudden when in high school I had like 14 cavities all at once. This was completely false information because when I went to a diffrent dentist they told me that I didn't have not one cavity! Some years later I was told I needed a root canal, and went to another place and I did not need that I just needed a nightgaurd. I do not recommend.

This place is the greatest, all personnel in the office are amazingly friendly. All of my options were explained until i understood each an every dental procedure. The Dr. Is the best only fixes what you want with no add ons.
I have looked for over 30 years for a dentist of this caliber, injection were painless. Wonder experience.

I am new to the western dental fam and have been going here for my procedures for only the last 6 months. This dentist is such a straight shooter! Gives you the clarity and information too make the best informed decision as to what I have done for my pain. And since i started going here. I am now PAIN FREE! And my teeth are cleaner and in much better condition.

Each time we my family was seen here, the staff has been very friendly, and the wait has never been too bad (the most we've had to wait thus far was 15 minutes past our appointment). Now under the new management of Ms. Yolanda Martinez, the atmosphere feels even friendlier, and Dr. Khasati and nurse Arti made my wife feel very comfortable during her exam today. Looking forward to our next visit.

Have several times, and will most certainly continue to recommend this office. Lauren at the front desk, Arti and Dr. Augustine, I will never want to go anywhere else! They are amazing:) Thank you for giving dentistry BACK a good name! I was losing hope!

Incompetent Con artists.went for cavities they said i didn’t have any made me pay $1,100 for deep cleaning and antibiotic injections.went back because they still hurt them they said I had cavities.they are always trying to scan you everyone that works there is shady how are these people legally stilll in business

It's okay here, some are nice here. It's just the waiting that takes forever and it's happened a lot and I feel that they could be faster especially when no one is here we still wait and it's just never really that busy when I'm here but other than they waiting it's an okay dentist

All staff was pleasant, it did take two hours to see dentist. The dentist was quick but efficient, it wasn't a social visit so that was fine. Very helpful with financial issues. It was my first visit and i do have another appt.

All Dr. Michael Lee had to do was say: "We're sorry that you had to wait for half an hour" and I wouldn't have made this post. But he didn't. He and his assistant were unapologetic and rude.

I showed up for my orthodontist's (Dr. Lee) appointment right on time. Half an hour later, I was escorted back and ordered to sit down rudely by the orthodontist's assistant. I decided to bring up the delay and I was told they actually book several patients for the same time slot, and they simply make them all wait until the doctor gets to each one of them.

I just wasted half an hour of my life waiting for them, why can't they have enough respect to realize my time is as valuable as theirs? If you're going to make your patients wait, have the grace to apologize for it. It doesn't cost anything!

I'm a mother of two young girls that started they're treatment for both orthodontist and dental. The entire staff of the Temecula building is fantastic. Especially the Ortho team, they are always professional, friendly and welcoming. I have built a great relationship with some of the ladies there. Each one of them have treated my two daughters with such care and I love it. I can honestly say Western Dental in Temecula are far most the best place to start your dental needs.

Vera hygienist is the sweetest and she’s very gentle with her cleanings which is great, and Andrea is the ortho assistant and she is very nice and makes you feel comfortable

Don't go by the mixed reviews. I took my mother to this facility and had a great experience. Front staff Aleida, Dianne and Carmen give wonderful customer service (bilingual) was so beneficial. Back staff and Dr. Agustin was very comforting and made my mother feel at ease with the treatment. Will definitely recommend the office to friends and family. Thank you Arti for your help!

This office is a joke.do not get any work done here. I sat for 3 hours to get an estimate for work to be done, finally just got up and left. Now I have been getting bills from them and now in collections for no work done being done. Have called management 4 other times and they said it would be taking care of this matter. Still nothing resolved.
