Since day 1 that I been there I have been taken well cared of very friendly staff memebrs and a GREAT TEAM from the front office to the back. They all know how to do their job and do a Great job much appreciated

Hygienist, BACH, was amazing
I have always been afraid of needles in my mouth because in previous ocasión at other locations was very painful, but she was very gentle and I did not feel any pain, she is just amazing?

Good medical staff—dentists and assistants and such, but the facilities seem to be lacking. It often feels like their scrambling to get the right supplies that the dentist is asking for.

This location is the worst place to go to. I had several visits over the years. They will do anything to get you to their office and hard sell you to do work on your teeth whether you need it or not. Example I asked if the tooth I was referring to my insurance would cover to get a cap. Before my insurance wouldn't cover it. I spoke to Nara, First thing she says is come in. Why would I want to come in when they can tell me on the phone. They were able to do this before. Then I told her if you can't answer the question then please let me speak to someone who can. They gave this information over the phone before when I asked in the past. Then she said I can't help you and put me on hold for 30 minutes. So instead of transferring me over to someone else she put me on hold and didn't say a word to anyonen in the office. This is exactly what I mean the kind of attitude they have there. The attitude displayed in this office permeates through everyone that works there. This has been my experience there. All I can say it's better to go to another location and maybe you'll get better service and kindness. Management to the frontline: Do whatever it takes to get the patient to the office so we can sell them our service. It's all about making money! The 4 or 5 star posts that people make are friends of the associates that work there. Go figure!

I was treated very professionally and felt right at home immediately. The staff were amazing all the way through. You can get your teeth cleaned and tear into some delicious Vietnamese barbecue after. Awesome!

My visit start off with a little hiccups and I had to come back But when I tell you it was worth coming back it WAS Jonathan the front desk is so helpful and made sure my problem was taken care of. Also the Doctor I had She Was Amazing and made me feel very comfortable Thank you I will definitely be back.

I came in for an emergency pt on Saturday Mara took me in as a walk in waited a little dr Payan is amazing he was able to get me out of pain! I am changing dentist now and western dental will be my home office thank you again!

Had major pain and was seen as a walk in. Office was very busy but they was still able to see me and help me. I appreciate the staff for being so kind. Will be coming back. Thanks Mara and Jonathan.

Thank you for the great experience! Dentist usually have me nervous but here at this office the staff is great. They make you feel comfortable from as soon as you walk in the door. The assistants are amazing! Thanks again Manny, Luis, Omar and Adrian

My first time here Staff is really nice Jonathan took his time to explain treatment doctor allison was so sweet got my cleaning done schedule my next visit for fillings let’s see how this goes! Thank you western dental for working with my credit and giving me a chance to smile again

Great dental office first time here. Had an appointment did wait a little but Omar who took my xrays explain the process of my first visit which I thought was great. Sure enough I was right and need a lot of work but Jonathan made me feel comfortable where I will be coming back.

First time at a dental office ever.was very nervous but I'm glad I came. Everyone was very nice and made me feel at ease. Jonathan, Omar, Adrian, and Manny was very helpful.

Was referred to this office by a close friend over a year ago. Have been coming here ever since for my 6month check ups and cleanings. Great staff, Jonathan, Omar and Manny are the best when you need help.ask for them.

I saw Dr Hooshmand and Louis and they where super nice, I am scared of needles and I had to get numb, the doctor was super gentle and they calmed me down.

I visited this office a few days ago and now remembering to give my rate. Very friendly staff here at this office. Jonathan is so nice, Omar took my xrays and walked me thru my visit that day explaining what to expect, and Adrian did my cleaning right after my exam. Will be returning in 6 months for my next cleaning. Glad to had found these guys.

Came in today for the first time a little nervous for the reviews I seen but took my chances Mara help me check in she had a smile on her face at all times and Jonathan help me with the financial part was able to get my tooth pulled dr Payan highly recommend him looks young but knows what he’s talking about!

Really bad service. They tell you its covered by insurance until you get there. I waited an hour before they just told me how much I really had to pay. Be careful when you get treatment from here because they will always add something extra to make you pay. They usually tell you that you could make monthlys. Other places are much cheaper!

Had my cleaning done last week. Wanted to write a review for this office for having great hard working guys at this office. Jonathan, Manny, Omar, and Adrian was very helpful to me. Will be bringing in my mother to see dentist here. Vey nice job.
