I called Western Funeral to inquire as soon as my mom was in Hospice. Cecilia was the one who answered and gave all the information and explained the different packages.

I would like to thank Cecilia for assisting us and helping us plan the perfect celebration of life of my mom. I was specific on the details on how I want my mom’s make up and they made her so beautiful, bonus was they even painted my mom’s nails.

Cecilia's professionalism and communication was great. It was a pleasure working with her. She's very patient and responded to all my calls and texts.

I wasn’t expecting to lose my Mom and we didn’t have things prearranged. So, my wife started making phone calls based on reviews. Western Funeral Home & Cremation didn’t have very many reviews, but the ratings were high. When my wife called it was the driver that answered. He acted professionally and knew the business. He took our information and we promptly got a call back from Savana.

Savana sealed the deal and kept things moving in the right direction. In our case we needed things to be expedited. Emails were followed up with phone calls or text messages. Signatures and documents were handled through DocuSign which made things fast and easy.

Now, to be fair there was a hiccup in our experience. That something happened isn’t important. How it was handled is what earned the 5-star review. I know it wasn’t convenient on an expedited timeline but it was handled. In the end Western Funeral Home & Cremation delivered a day early.

Recently at a funeral in Huntington beach (castle house) I met Bernardo while I was doing my photography for the funeral. Speaking to Bernie was a total pleasure as he is an awsome man who took his job very seriously. Absolute 5 star service.

I have so much to say. My ex-husband passed away and wanted to be cremated. His family donated his body to a research facility. I had a will naming me executor, I sent paperwork to the research facility. They realized a mistake had been made and would take his body to a funeral home of my choice. I started calling around and could not believe the prices. I called Western Funeral Home and explained what had happened, Yovani spoke with me and gave me an amazing price. He then had Zulma call me and she expertly handled everything. She was kind, efficient and most of all truly cared for what I was going through. Zulma was very helpful and walked me through all the details. She was in regular contact with me so I was always aware of each step that needed to be completed regarding the doctor and county records paper filing. She was flexible to my schedule and met me wherever I was at to drop off necessary paperwork. Zulma went out of her way to provide us the information that I needed in crisis mode as I lost my mom in a car crash. I highly recommend her and her company in your time of need.

Z was the greatest person I know she knew how I felt and what I needed, even with the video I gave her the songs she listened to them and in the order she placed them the songs with the pictures was amazing.
