Just called to inquire on assistance on my property in Garden Grove; lady answered phone who didn't speak English and was extremely rude. She told me she couldn't talk to me. Horrible customer service. What kind of service is this?

I wish i didn’t give them any stars, they deserve 0! Horrible management

I’m conflicted by this company. It’s just awful. Give your customers their basic needs because without them this company will collapse.

I called for five days. My water heater broke and i’m being mislead by his receptionist about communication being spread to fix it.

Five days showing in cold water. I’m so glad I have the handy man’s number. Guess what! He wont do the job until the company contacts them. Remove your lack of professionalism from the company immediately!

Been renting one of their apartments for almost 7 years, decent place with a good private patio. My only complaint is that they don't allow pets. I would not mind paying a small fee a month. Just to be able to have a pet. Also the land lord has a bit of an attitude. The owner seems nice from a distance but once talking to him you can sense he is a fake and a bit discriminatory. Overall the properties own by them is in good condition, but the service they give is terrible. Causing alot of tenants to have to give up pets before or after getting an apartment because they are in need of a home quick. Some of the pet owners ive2 talked to are willing to pay extra just to keep their buddies with them, but all they care is about the money. If they really did care about it they would've thought of that and still be good qith their business. Who knows, they would probably attract more renters if they put a accept pet policy for a small fee. Instead of having empty apartments duplex empty.
