Very pleasant experience with Frank, who was talkative and very approachable. He helped me out greatly and I wasn't intimidated despite this being my first fingerprinting scan. I definitely would come here again if I ever had to!
Absolutely horrible! He IS A SCAM DO NOT GO TO HIM. I paid $100 to get my finger prints. I was told I would receive them back within 48 hours. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything back. His attitude is absolutely disgusting he was making jokes the whole time about racism and predators. He never even sent my fingerprints off to the company and after giving him my personal information I started getting numerous amount of credit cards in my name that I never applied for. He is a scam please protect yourself and save your money! I will be taking him to court actually over this.
Did a live scan w Frank today for my job and the whole process was super smooth, called and booked an appointment 2 days before and got the whole thing done in less than 10 minutes, Frank is super nice and had a great conversation w him
Just had a Live Scan done with them and had a great experience! Frank was kind, personable, and efficient. I was able to make an appointment with him over the phone and the whole process proceeded seamlessly. I would recommend this company to everyone!
Very professional and nice person. Good conversation and the area smelled nice. He had cleaning supplies and paper towels. He also offered a sanitary wipe when everything was finished. Very good experience.
5 stars! I went to Frank today for a LiveScan and will return to him if I need one again. He was quick, knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of the process. Additionally, I had a morning appointment and finding parking was a breeze!
