My experience with western tires has been over 25 years. They have never let me down once. They are honest, safety is there ultimate concern and they obviously care about their customers. Thank you Western Tires for your continuous help over the years and recently help with tires for my daughters Honda Civic SI. I love the fact I get get free tire rotation when I get the package along with the tires. Happy new year WESTERN TIRES.

Great, honest shop. I was ready to spend $$$ but they insisted on doing less. Repaired my flat when every other shop said I needed a new tire. Honest people. It's a shame you have to look for that but unfortunately you do. Found it here. Will definitely be back.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and while he could have easily said you'll need a new one, he said let's try to repair it first before paying more than you'd need to. Just that concept alone you won't find at any modern chain businesses, and is reason enough to visit this establishment.

If you're in need of anything to do with tire repair, I'd recommend no other place than Western Tire.

Brought my car in without an appointment today, but they were still happy to fit me in and get me a good diagnosis and fix by 3pm. They also explained what they did and why. Really great service, thank you!

Perfect as usual. My only grip! They have to use digital tire pressure gauge instead of manual. All my four tires had 2 to 3 psi pressure difference.

I would have given these guys a 5 yesterday as I've been using them for years, but I'd give them a 1 after today's experience, so that's why I'm averaging it out to a 3. That said, apparently it's very important to know who you speak with on the phone when scheduling an appointment as I was reprimanded by two of their employees this morning for not knowing who I spoke with 3 days prior. The second employee snapped at me "As soon as you figure out who you spoke with then we'll be able to help you" as he turned around and walked out the door. Turns out, it was that same employee who I spoke with on the phone and he did not set aside my tires, so they didn't have my tires there to install. A third employee, Josh, was very apologetic and seemed to be the only employee who actually cared while trying to reschedule me and correct the situation, but due to that one employee speaking to me in the manner that he did and him not doing his job and setting aside my tires, I'm not coming back.

I own a nearby auto repair shop and have been using Western's tire and alignment services for 30 years. I trust them with my customers' cars, which means I trust them with MY reputation. They are consummate professionals.

A great, home grown, repair shop, PJ's Automotive in Sun Valley, doesn't do front end alignments so he referred me to Western Tire Company.

Western Tire is fast, efficient, to the point, informative. JC, sales rep, was helpful, friendly, and explained the details well. JC is cool.

Reasonable price for my front end alignment. Go there. Worth the visit.

They're pretty busy. Tried to make a same day Monday appointment, but had to reserve for the next day. Call ahead, or you will regret it.
