It's close by and we have a lot of shops that cater to kids clothing. Nice parking lots.mostly free.

Only thing is the shops have started to closer sooner after COVID.

My car got hit in the parking lot and I made a report with mall security. They promised they would look at the security footage, but after just ghosted me and my insurance company.

Your typical mall. Over priced retail, stuck up hipsters, and trendy teens all under one glass roof!

Pretty decent mall overall. They have lots of stores to cater to all sorts of people. Kids stores, electronics, women's, men's, shoes, body, etc. There is also an expansive food court upstairs that offers lots of different types of cuisine. The mall is very large so prepare for walking if you want to go from one side to the other.

Doesn't have an array of budget friendly stores. This mall is mainly directed towards semi-wealthy people.
What I love about the mall: It NEVER gets crowded - yes, even during the holidays! Then again, it doesn't have much diverse stores.either that or people are cutting down on spending. The constant average age i see in this mall of customers are - Mothers, Grandparents, men that are in their middle 30s - 40s - these men are usually glued to their wives while they are chasing their toddlers around (not in a happy way LOL), a small percentage of men in their 20s, a moderate percentage of woman in their 20s, a large percentage of woman in their late 20s - 40s,

The demographic of Race of the shoppers are, dominantly White &
White-Hispanic. Middle Eastern Whites - Jews, Armenians and Persians.
Low percentage of Dark Hispanics. Low percentage of African American shoppers. Low percentage of Asians. This mall lacks diversity compared to the other malls in LA.

FACTS: This mall has had a lot of great OG stores that sold QUALITY clothing but the stores shut down because the owners complained that the rent at the mall was getting outrageous that they sought rent at other mall (s). BEBE, ZARA, and other quality store brands i forgot, closed.

Budget Friendly stores - Nasty Fast Fashion LOW QUALITY stores - Forever21, Love Culture, ANGL, i forgot what is the other one, clearly, that's a sign how miserable the clothing are.

Decent Quality yet Budget Friendly - H&M, Cotton On, Macys, Express, ANGL.

Quality stores - FreePeople, BCBG Maxazria, GAP, Bloomingdales (hit up the sales racks!), J. Crew, etc

I think 2 sports/gym clothing stores for woman.

A slew number of children's clothing - Gap Kids, Jaine & Jack, Children's Place, Gymboree, Crazy8 (Crazy8 is closing down soon!), and a new clothing store for baby girls - I think it's called My Dream Clothes or something. It's in the 1st floor run by 2 Armenian woman managers and Justice. Claire's - for tweens/teens.

Shoe stores - Aldo, Steve Madden, Vans, Clarks, Finish Line, Shoe City? I forgot what it's called but it's by far the LARGEST shoe store i ever been inside a mall (this one is in the 1st floor), Foot Locker might still be there or not.

3 Makeup stores - ELF, NYX and Sephora.

2 Sweet Candy/Chocolate shops - Lolli and Pops and See's Candies.

2 toy stores - Disney and a new toy store i forgot what it is called (both of these are on the 1st floor).

A nice range of stores for older woman - 40s - 60s? Black And White House, J. Jill, and other stores on the 2nd floor that sell jewelry and bags for older fancy woman.

Travel Stores. Men stores. Tesla store -. - For real? ! Yes. There are 2 pointless Tesla cars in the Tesla store. You see what I am talking about? This mall is FOR the rich.

A bunch of Sunglasses shops. Coach. Other Wealthy Brands.

Food Court with mediocre food/Blah food with only 1 exception: Your basics - Burger King, California Kitchen, Chipotle, Sushi (poor quality), Panda Express, Salata (what a joke of a place!), Coffee Bean, some healthy food court area that has pungent unpleasant ACAI Bowls - UGH SO BITTER - others have also said the same, and

MASSIS KABOB - MY FAVORITE - ZERO SKIMP WITH THEIR AMOUNT OF SERVINGS - TOTALLY WORTH THE BANG FOR THE PRICE! MASSIS KABOB - they LITERALLY SERVE YOU A LARGE PLATE OF REAL FOOOOOD. Nice amount of REAL MEAT - TAKE A LESSON BURGER KING, LARGE SIZE OF PILAF (rice), PURPLE/RED COLD SLAW, FRIES, PITA BREAD, DIP SAUCES. ALL THIS WITH NO ADDS. PERFECTION. REAL FOODIES EAT AT MASSIS KABOB. FORGET THE OTHERS AT THE FOOD COURT THEY ARE ALL A JOKE, POOR QUALITY IN FOOD, SKIMPY, AND OVER PRICED. I usually order - Argentinian Skirt Steak with Garlic Fries! I believe this costs $10? WELL WORTH IT, THE BEST & SATISFYING FOOD $10 CAN GET YOU AT THE MALL!

OK, I'M OUT. HA.

I was here today with my service dog and within 15 minutes of being here the security came and told me I had to leave because of my service dog. I can’t go anywhere without him and I was not able to do my Christmas shopping:/

As a stay at home mom this is my favorite play area to take my son. The family style bathrooms are awesome because they have private booths with curtains, four changing tables and play movies.

Of course, we hit the ground as soon as we heard the first shots, but it was amazing to see others just stand there looking around to see where the noise came from. And of course, THWACK, THWACK, double tap through the temples. Down they went; so sad, so final. And my god, so much blood. To this day I cant remember exactly where our friends fell. Doesn't matter, the mall's maintainence crew are the real heroes, it is nearly impossible to get blood put of marble flooring

It’s my go to mall when I’m just not sure what I’m looking for, need a watch or computer repair or need a quick makeup refill. And Salata in the food court is always a good stop when I need to fill my belly.

Great place in the early morning for a power walk and then to sit down for a cup of coffee, to start your day.

It has changed a lot, the management is not negotiating with tenants, bad management, not too many good stores left.

Typical mall.
Just like most of them nova days it’s on its decline (less shops; bigger brands leave; in the food court, there’s always a new place that doesn’t survive past three to six months).

I wish I could give zero star but the lowest is one staff. The staff was extremely slow. I was trying to get a new phone and they put me in line and told me I have to wait about 15 min. I waited for more than 20 min and started to ask them when I would get helped and they kept telling me soon. I ended up waiting for an hour and left. I didn’t get helped and left very disappointed. Go to another Apple store if you can

I really like this mall. There are a lot of nice boutiques but also the big standards like Macy’s. It’s usually clean and not too crowded. The food court is just ok, not a ton of options. The Lush store here is my favorite because it’s huge! Best parking is by the back entrance of Macy’s!
