Westmont at San Miguel Ranch, Chula Vista CA

My mother began her stay at Compass Rose at the end of April. My deciding factor in choosing Westmont was the immediate sense of comfort I felt upon touring the residence and also how welcoming and friendly the staff were. It felt like home and I felt I was leaving my mom who has dementia in good hands. The Compass Rose Service Director is fantastic and always willing to help above and beyond. He is very prompt in communicating if there are any issues. In addition the activities director does an amazing job of having fun and creative activities for the residents. My mom adjusted better than anticipated and is thriving in her new community. She loves participating in all activities and really likes the staff that helps her out day to day. They are very caring. I’m very happy I chose Westmont San Miguel!

We moved our uncle from a double room to a single room. The staff was amazing and very helpful and cooperative! They showed concern for his safety and answered his questions kindly and modestly. Although they could not hang pictures for us, they encouraged and supported our efforts by making the room available and by keeping him busy when possible so his day was minimally disrupted. We really appreciate your memory care staff!

Westmont is remarkable. The director invited me over for a car show on Fathers Day. I was blown away! A Chula Vista gem. Staff are friendly, food tasted fantastic, and it’s exactly what we’re looking for. My wife and I needed a place for my father for a few weeks, and their respite rates weren’t bad. When the time comes, this is where we want dad to be.

Amazing staff to work with and the care they give to residents is exceptional! (And you can’t beat the view as well, it is really beautiful!)

The staff and leadership that runs this facility are very compassionate, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Its a caring environment, Brittany and Michael are highly competent leaders with a wealth of experience in health care management. I would definitely place my loved ones here again

I work along side the team of this beautiful facility as a third party provider of health services, in the 5 years that i have been in this building, i have seen nothing but compassionate level of care towards their residents, The community and camaraderie amongst the team members is strong and it translates to the outstanding care they constantly provide, Brittany, Dominick and Michael are amazing patient advocates as a facility this size is not an easy task to manage, the delicate balancing act between compliance, excellent patient care and topnotch service to the community is well taken into account. They do this day in and day out. They are an asset to the community, I will not hesitate to send my loved ones here when the time comes.

First Impressions says a lot about a place, and this is a beautiful facility, both inside and out! Staff and management of Westmont at San Miguel Ranch, always professional and respectful to their visitors and family. They genuinely care about their residents, being a third party, we always saw staff pleasant with each other and their residents. This is a great place families can come to continue making new memories with their loved one.

Westmont at San Miguel ranch is by far the best assisted living and memory care facility I have been to. The facility itself is very clean and comforting. The staff at Westmont at San Miguel Ranch are all very caring and compassionate and do an amazing job caring for the residents. From the activities to the nutritious meals provided everything is done, with the residents wants and needs in mind. The Director Brittany, The Med-Tech Nicole, the care staff team including Ms Carmen and Mr Roman are all doing an Amazing job to ensure the Comfort and Safety of all residents, while giving the residents respect and dignity of living as independent as possible to help the residents feel right at home. I would 100% recommend Westmont at San Miguel Ranch for your loved ones who may need a little extra care.

Westmont at San Miguel Ranch is such an amazing place. All the staff and workers are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Also Brittany RSD goes above and beyond. No matter what time of day it is she is ready to assist with any problems you may have.

The staff and residents are very warm, friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the residents are well taken care of. I really had a wonderful experience while there with staff willing to assist and answer all your questions.
