Westview at Irvine Spectrum

I loved renting in this community! Super clean, super responsive when you needed anything, and the best experience renting ever! Carlee is super professional and the staff is incredibly friendly! If I could give a 10 star review I would!

I love Westview. This is the best complex in Spectrum area and Irvine. Very clean and very nice place for live. Separately I want really big appreciate AMANDA.
She is the only one who treated my transfer problem very responsibly and very respectfully. For several days she solved our problem with the transfer and did everything to make our process easy. I really respect such hardworking and polite people. To be honest, for all the time this is the only manager who helped us so hard. Thank you very much

I had a very good experience to move-in and their staff Amanda Hagan was very helpful, especially for a foreigner who first time move into the US apartment.

This sign have been on elevator on building 23 of westview apartments for more than 10 days now! Same issue happened several times in the past. The closest next elevator is a very long walk and non-practical at all.
Also the pool is not heated and can't be used most of the year round. The Irvine company is taking the tenants demand as granted and increasing the rent but decreasing the service and maintenance. We have reached out to service department several times with no luck!

It's the best apartment.
The community is well organized, and the cleaning is very clean.
All the staff are kind, and most of them fix it immediately the next day when I post requests on the Internet regarding home repairs.
I've never really seen an apartment like this.
I'm not an American, I'm not familiar with American life and language.
However, the employees of the Leasing Office understood my situation and actively helped me. In particular, AMANDA HAGAN, a leasing office employee, was impressed.
Not only is she kind, but she's also good at handling things. She solves everything perfectly with all the knowledge she needs for her work. I envy the company that has these employees.
I'm moving because I have to go back to my home country, but I'm going to miss this apartment a lot.
Don't worry about it any more and choose this apartment.

Love living here! It’s the perfect place for two people to start their lives together. All the features and amenities are perfect… plus a huge bonus is all the staffing are personable and amazing. A simple ‘hello’ in the morning to taking time time to stop and ask you ‘how is everything going’. Everyone working and living here always have smiles. Thank you especially to Amanda H who has helped us from the beginning and is always available. She makes living her easy. Thanks Westview!

The elevator at westview hasn’t been working for like a week! They are not really doing anything for it. Also the pool is not heated at all and due to lots of shade it is practically unusable most of the year and amenities are not serviced well

I have been at this property for 2 1/2 years and Amanda has always been courteous, helpful, and greeted me with a smile. She is amazing.

While this is a decent community with some amenities, be careful of the good images. Rents have skyrocketed here. My rent has increased over 20% in the past couple of years. There has been cost cuttings around the community as well. Some of the leasing office staff are very rude and argumentative and guest parking is a nightmare.

Amanda Hagan at the leasing office is the one I really want to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable. And nice. I just moved in last Sunday and I was very out of it but she made my last day of move going so much smoother

Westview is the BEST community I have ever lived at! Always clean, friendly neighbors, nice and quiet, and AMAZING STAFF!

West view is a beautiful and clean place to live. Everything from the pools to the gym are well maintained. The staff is friendly makes sure you are always taken care of. Amanda specifically has always gone above and beyond to make the experience at west view a pleasant one.

I have been living here for about 2 months now. The apartments are in great condition, the maintenance team is pretty good, the apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. Security is one the best things i love about this place, gated access makes it very safe (the gates are always functional). Overall, I love it here!

Excellent services I got from Amanda at Westview apartments for these few days during my movement from the Park to Westview. Amanda is fabulous, great and very positive person who likes to find a way to accommodate your needs.
