This place is a rip off and has very bad management that doesn't know how to be honest with people and will raise the rents even though NOT in there lease to do so.they will trash your credit and nickle and dime you until your broke! Do NOT RENT THIS ROACH INFESTED PLACE!

This apartment complex initially had a good outlook, but it started to decline after I lived there for a few years. It was decent when I first moved in, but when the manager changed to Charles, things took a turn for the worse. Charles was very careless and couldn't effectively handle the complex's issues. Homeless people began entering the complex, causing problems for residents, including smoking, yelling, and various other issues. I can confidently say that it's not a safe place to live. "

The manager here named Charles King is an absolute angel. I had an amazing experience living here and problems were fixed in a timely manner when I followed up. I was in a three person lease with my boyfriend and a roommate that we chose. Our roommate moved out and ghosted us, leaving me and my boyfriend unable to pay the rent. Charles was extremely helpful and understanding with the entire process and got us out of the lease six months early. He made everything as painless as possible! I think it’s really special when somebody can make such a horrible situation seem manageable. He was able to get us a good deal on the lease break fee and since our ex roommate refuse to pay anything, this made a huge difference for us. Charles honestly saved me and my boyfriend from bankruptcy. Charles is really the only person that I coordinated with during my time here but let me tell you, he is a freaking superhero, and I highly recommend living here and being managed by him!

Unprofessional managements, they never answer phone/emails and they behave unprofessionally when you meet them!

My cousin rents an appartment there. And it has a Gym, and Pool. Which are accessible to residents. And residents guests.

By far the worst apartment complex i’ve ever encountered. It’s rare for anyone to pick up the phone. I highly doubt they check their voicemails, they are constantly claiming someone’s coming to “work on something” and they never show. And to put the icing on the cake, They were so called “robbed” of all our rent checks at the beginning of may but waited until the END of may to announce it. I live right next to the office and didn’t see nor hear a thing so I’m not sure how much to believe. But please don’t move here, I thigigt this place would be my forever home but between the constant lying and claims of work being done, to the constant neglect, I wouldn’t even ask my worst enemy to apply here, I have to continue my month to month until I find somewhere more suitable. It’s unfortunate that we have to pay 2.50 to wash our clothes on top of the metered water and gas prices (i’m being charged well over $100) a month for me and my bf in a ONE BEDROOM. So again DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE I AM BEGGING YOU.

We came to see these apartments in February, applied and were denied. It's the end of June and we haven't received back our security deposit yet. This is already turning into an impossible quest. Managers just ask us to call back and do nothing. The answer is always the same - we sent the check but it magically did not reach. Now. They are already trying to send it 3rd time. Think 1000 times before you apply here - you will get a headache and lose money. Compared to another apartments that we applied at the same time and got our refund in 10 days in the same month. From this one we have been waiting for 5 months and nothing.
