Very disappointed in the customer service I received when I called in about an emailed coupon I received for 15% off for being a loyal customer. They were not willing to honor the coupon 4 days after receiving the emailed coupon, even though there was no expiration date in the email or on the coupon. So much for them caring about loyal customers, she proceeded to say she had over 800 orders from the weekend and didn’t care if I ordered or not. So much for Aloha

I had WetOkole seat covers on my Jeep Sahara. These are THE best covers available. Comfortable and durable I’m a huge fan and always recommend to anyone looking for quality covers!

For the cost I expected better instruction and then customer service if needed. I was amazed that it was kind of “figure it out by yourself”

Disappointment at every step. These are some of the most expensive, but they were recommended. It took months to finally receive it with limited communication during that time. When they finally got here I was disappointed again when I open the box and the color wasn't very similar to what I was expecting when I ordered it. All of these things would have been fine but the most important part is that the fit isn't right; they are baggy and move around. Not only are they too big, but it's like they weren't made considering how the OEM leather seat cover is attached to the seat. I'd have to cut or remove the original to use the velcro Wet Okole came with. With the high price tag and considerable wait time you think that at least get this right. It's not like I didn't enter the year, make, and model of the vehicle along with the features so there should be no confusion. I wanted to write this review to warn other buyers, but I might be looking for a return and a better option.

3rd set in 20 years or so, 3 different vehicles. Still think that Wet Okole produces some of the best seat covers around. They take a beating, waterproof, & last for a hell of a long time!

Had my 2016 Tundra in for front and rear covers. Took four weeks for fabrication but well worth it. They fit like a custom suit. Front and back install took 40 minutes, sweet. The smell of neoprene went away after two or three days. Love this place. Great service and great product.

Bought some amazing car seat covers for my Chrysler Crossfire! They fit like a glove and the quality was amazing! If you're thinking about buying covers for your car all I can say is go for it! You'll be so happy that you did!

I pretty much always get Wet Okloe seat covers in my cars. They are custom and fit great plus they are close enough for me to go up and take advantage of free install. My only gripe is the quality of the lumber pillow. These are pretty chincey for the price and don't last. I also wish they offered an option to directly wire the seat heater into the car. The lighter setup does not last as well. It is good for a couple years but will need replacing at some point.

Their stuff is real good, about as good as it gets IMO. They seem a bit pricey at first, but if you're going to keep the car for a long time, it's a good investment. If you're covering up stains because you're reselling a car, you can get much cheaper ones (that won't fit right or last long).

Fantastic product! Fits exactly correctly. I've had Wet Okole covers on my entire Tacoma for 11 years. Just took them off and my seats are pristine. I can not recommend these covers enough.
