Wetzel's Pretzels, Fresno CA

Lucky I cant go any lower. The star is strictly for the good of the food. I dont usually go do bad reviews but Time and time again such Horrible and i mean horrible service! This time especially. Ive been coming here for years. But Employees are rude and disgusting to paying customers and there children. Willing to go WAY out of my way to any but here from now on. Owner needs to do some rethinking. Ignorance is bliss. I guess.

The workers do not wear masks or gloves while handling the food. Switched to Pretzel Place

I do not recommend this place! The pepperoni bites are salty! I asked to sample their slush lemonade and they said no. I get it, covid and all. But it's not like they're gonna reuse anything so I don't see the problem.

At approximately 7: 15 pm on Saturday evening august 14,2021, my best friend, her daughter and I ordered 2 orders of pretzel bites, one salted one regular. They had a wait of 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I reminded them of my order. I asked if they could put the orders in separate bags as we were going to be eating in the car and my best friends daughter would be sitting on the back and we didn’t want grease in the car. She looked at the other associate and the other associate came out and said, “No”. I wasn’t sure she understood what I was asking so I explained that I was asking for a paper bag because we had two separate orders for two separate people. She again said “No” I then told her I would pay for it. She replied “that’s not the point, we don’t give out extra bags “. We went back and forth a couple times and I then asked for her name and explained that I would be leaving a negative review. It was the Wetzel’s in fashion fair by forever 21. I don’t recommend this particular Wetzel’s. I don’t need to be bullied by an associate of a pretzel place over a $. 05 bag.

Place is trash. They employees are rude and lazy beyond reason. Also they’ll claim to be out of something just so they won’t have to make it. That’s your job isn’t. I’ll never get pretzels from here again and neither will my friends or family. Complete garbage place

Stopped by on 03/12/21, and ordered one single pretzel and a female cashier took my card and looked at it several times but I didn’t think of much of it. I went home and found I was charged $500 for a pretzel and there was another $500 transaction at an online clothing store. I will never be coming back and they will be hearing from me soon.

The pretzels are always delicious but customer service was bad she was very rude and talked with an attitude and wouldn’t even look me when she handed me my food. Then my mom orders her food and just gave her the recital and didn’t say anything and it had already been 10 minutes and my mom still didn’t get nothing. So I told the lady that I think she forgot to give us our food and she said “oh ya it’s not ready it’s going to be another 10 mins” like why didn’t she say anything before, we could of orders something like else

I love the jalapeno pretzel so much! They are always super nice! I always go there if I forget my lunch.

The girl working there was extremely rude. I ordered a pretzel for my nephew turned around to ask my other nephew what he wanted and the lady behind the counter started yelling over and over again "we don't have pepperoni bites! " No excuse me or anything. I didn't even think she was talking to me because it was so rude. Until I looked at her. That wasn't even what I had ordered. Then she left out half my order. I used to work at the mall and there was no way I would ever talk to a customer like that. When she was finished she just pushed the bag and yell next. Never again.

The staff is always friendly and patient especially in the afternoon when their isn’t so much foot traffic
