Stale/ old pretzels, the dog bites taste like plastic and gave me and my wife diarrhea almost 15min after eating them

Paid 8 dollars for half empty cup Wth is that plus hires for cx service! She just threw it at me! I asked if they’re where going to make more she gave a face and said it’s whatver is there!

Employee 5588 very annoyed that she has a job apparently, places my order she was clearly annoyed didn’t ask if I wanted butter or salt or anything else, annoyed that I asked for salt, and only put just a small amount on top, so a good 3 pretzels has butter and salt. My daughter was really looking forward to the pretzels being we are from out of state I didn’t know this location was so poorly ran, fire her & start over.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Boys are usually very kind when I come by, but the girl with the dark hair shoved the pizza bites at my mother without saying a word, then shooed her away. Need a better attitude, all of those girls.

Fast and friendly service. Snacks always on point. Just wish the hot dogs they order weren't so salty. But anyways that's my kids doing. I love my pretzels and cheddar cheese.

At the smaller kiosk today, 5/9/2021 4: 38 employee #5138, Daisy. Horrible customer service. Looks extremely bothered by people, potential customers, that seek to purchase your product. No sense in how to treat or talk to people. It is understandable that this might be someone’s first job but it looks like it hurts her to be polite or to answer simple regular questions regarding your product. Her and the other young lady. If you do not like the job, find another. Get out of customer service. Hire people based off of experience, not looks.

I would give zero stars it I could. As I was waiting in line to order. I saw as an employee handled the trash can and went straight to touching the food. And a second lady was on a phone and preparibg food at the same time.

This team really needs to learn about customer service. I had just purchased some items with my family. We walked away and after giving the kids their items, I then realizing they gave me the incorrect item.
I went back only after a few minutes and explained what happen and if they could correct the issue. The young girl at the register didn’t seem to register what I was telling her, she then turned to a co worker who instead of asking how they could help me ask for a receipt. I said excuse me because I was confused while I held their wetzel pretzel cup in my hand. I explained, I’d just bought the item but 3 mins ago and they said we need to see a receipt before we can exchange the item. My wife and kids were in another store at the time so I wasn’t going to walk to her then back and have to wait all over again. So I decided to go take it to the main shop in the mall. Once I got there I asked to speak to a manger. I was told there was no manager. I asked to speak to a supervisor or lead, once again no one was there who was in charge. So I started to explain what was going on to the girl at the register and she cuts me off without even listening to what the issue was about. Then all the girls in the back seemed to start laughing. I told her stop and listen and let me explain the issue so they could help me. She then went to fix the issue but not before consulting with another girl in the back. I thought there wasn’t a lead. Then the girl at the other register said she isn’t a lead with an attitude. Many might think this is a little petty but it’s not so much about the mistake but their lack of Comprehension, attentiveness, delivery and respect. Places like these with young staff and poor customer service seem to be the norm, No life experience.either way it’s unacceptable.
